Why did ref stop the round for the cut to be looked at? Was it because it was possibly from head clash?

Was the time earlier because of a potential clash with the boxing?

Ortega was good. Zombie has a concrete head with some of the hits but main fight not as exciting as I hoped.

Just in to watch the main card and it's over. Bastard!!!

Gutted for the zombie. Ortega was class though, titles his I think when he gets his shot and I really rate Volkanovski.
Thought Jamie Mullarkey won earlier, gutted for him too.

I didn't see tonight's fight but he must have been very good to say the title is his. I've never seen anyone get such a beating that Holloway gave him.

I dunno. Volkanovski Is seriously good for FW.
Disappointed for Jamie. He’s been working hard all camp, and list a very close fight.

enjoyed the trash talk by strickland but friendly all the same

I hope they cut Marshman after this fight

they might give him one more given it was a good fight

Philipps on the other hand would do well to get another fight

So you enjoyed the 3 man commentary ?!! :pac:

Very nice KO. Great fight while it lasted!

I don't like the post fight interviews about recent dead relatives. Seems to happen all the time now. Don't get me wrong, I am sympathetic but want to hear about the fight not someone who died

I can live with it if it means they leave Jesus out of the equation

I would like to see Hernandez get KO'd here. Found him very unlikeable in the build up to cowboy fight before he got schooled

Commentators babbling away while I was saying Gretz (or however you spell his name) is hurt then he got KOed. Nice KO

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,522 ✭✭✭Brussels Sprout

When I heard that that guy had been "doing his own thing at home" in lieu of a fight camp I suspected that it wasn't going to go well for him.

think that's the first underdog to win tonight

Commentators caught babbling again while there was a finish. I am fairly sure it was with his neck and he verbally tapped

  • Registered Users Posts: 23,826 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

pity that didn't stay standing a little longer, charlie was looking decent there

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,406 ✭✭✭The White Feather

Yes Holland confirms it was the guys neck. Commentators are poor tonight

Bisping can't shut up at times, not mad about this duo at all

hollands 9th ufc fight since his debut in aug 2018

That's some going and he'll get another one this year no doubt or the
    three he's calling for

He's a breath of fresh air (i think)

Maurice Green should be just sitting down knitting in his locker room instead of shadow boxing! Remember he used to do that on TUF
