Quite a few I have heard now have sat the 2002 campaign that are on the ML for the 1810. I hope you all get in guys/girls. For 2 reasons - 1. It’s well deserved and 2. Less people in the 2002 AC campaign:)

I’m in the 2002 campaign but waiting on the call for 1810 now, so when that happens you’ll be one step closer for 2002 :)

Would you 1810 application have been effected if you failed the IST for this campaign?

I applied for the 1810 campaign but didn't do the IST because I wanted to concentrate on getting into my current job... Have slight regrets, should of just stuck with it and gave it a try! Currently waiting on AC for this campaign.

Few mates are at GV now that applied in 1810

I'm in 1810 but deferred start date due to surgery. I see on Twitter account that learning in GV is being done remotely. Anyone know anyone in currently and how this is working ?

As far as I'm aware they have just split the classes up to smaller groups but still business as usual. I'm not there though so can't confirm for sure

Ive just gone through GV. GV is still open for business, they were only doing calls for the 2 new courses coming in as their start date was deferred to a later date.

Sorry, yes I should have mentioned I was referring to the noobs.

Did you finish up on Friday there?

For a previous broken leg by any chance? Someone at my PCA was in a crash 6 weeks prior to the PCA and had suffered a break. The absolute hero completed the PCA regardless.

No vetting passed last week - so just medical left.

Ah that’s grim, a lot of us know all about waiting. My medical took 3 months to pass lol

3 months!? That's a kicker. I hope I'm not waiting that long haha. I've waited long enough for my vetting and that's still not through. Just about holding it together haha

Aye 3 months with an appeal in the mix. Got there in the end.

My vetting took a full 9 months to clear as well.

How come it took a 9 months?
I was previously in the forces in England, then moved to Australia for a few years... Reckon this could help/delay my vetting?

I doubt it’ll make any difference at all. I had full unescorted MOD and police clearance for work and I’m a firearms certificate holder, have been for over 10 years. My finances held me up. I’d said in an earlier post that if you have any defaults or CCJs to get them cleared quickly, they will definitely hold you up.

As far as I'm aware I've no debts or bad credit.. but do ya recommend any sites that do checks?

I think I read on a post in another thread that they do their search with experian , others were saying they only seen the search recorded with them . . Some companies only report to Experian whereas others only report to Equifax and so on . . Im in the 2002 campaign and I looked at mine, some old defaults from about 5 years ago, due to come off next year but I went ahead and cleared them all up , hoping this will do me justice when it comes to vetting . . And if it's going to be a long wait they should have all dropped off by then if I'm lucky to get that far
