A beautiful morning out there. Doing the groceries first and then meeting some friends for a short hill walk.

Give it a go Ted, there’s nothing to it, just turn on the computers :)

Looking out at Benbulbin, Jayus it looks cold.

Sure there's an autopilot thingy that'd do all the work for you isn't there. You could just have a power nap lol.

Texting my friend since 6am as he's just back home after he, his wife and a social worker had to stop his runaway dad with dementia from going onto the main road in the rain, in slippers and dressing gown. They finally got him into the ambulance in the early hours. It's just so sad. And there's so little the ambulance crew can do either. They try their best. I'd go and help if I could too. OH fortunately isn't bad minded about our friendship and texting at funny times.

Very bright and sunny. Frost melting away.

Word to the wise - never drop acid and go to the top of benbulbin.
    A friend told me.

Sick stomach, head spinningly dizzy. No plans but should be working from home. Will have to delegate to my capable assistant if he is free. All the best bosses do, lol.

...and fùck the horse you rode in on.

I am working but have the mind focused on the big prize which is the weekend. No danger of me getting bored here.

This is in Sligo bay, any idea what they are harvesting ?

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,046 ✭✭✭✭smurfjed

It started off in a shop where we got told that Sligo was closed for the winter and as it was a beautiful day we should climb Knocknarea, as it should only take us less than two hours.
We climbed up the steep side using steps through a beautiful Forrest. It almost killed me and my poor heart.
At the top a guy told us that we could go around the other side and walk back to the car. He omitted to tell us that rather than 2kms, this route was 8kms.
So now I’m availing Of a lovely leg massage from the missus.

Having a random stroll stopping of here and there for a beverage or two in an, as yet, un-named EU city.

    Maintaining the mystique, for now
