This is more like a "Possibly popular unpopular opinions" thread. Many shits are given, people are confusing not giving a shit with having a different opinion on things, with a lot feeling very strongly about their view. I like it.

Fashion - the people who make the (expensive) clothes are the ones who dictate what's in fashion...
Gender identity - be what you want, keep it to yourself and don't expect me to know what you are just by looking at you.
- Pronouns - a follow up to the above, don't care and again don't expect me to know just by looking/reading.
Rugby - just ugh.
Politics - none of them are in it for you, they're all in it for the money and early retirement.
Soccer - possibly the most popular interest of adults, but screaming at millionaires kicking a ball of inflated air around a pitch is somehow more mature than an interest in gaming...
Reality TV - just no.
The weather - unless it's hot, then I care because I hate it.
BLM - it's gone from a legit movement to in your face necessity that overlooks racism carried out by black people. It's having the opposite effect now imo.

Thought I had more, but it's nearly bed time so brain is shutting down.

They are all just passive pastimes. Game of Thrones for me, Love island Australia for my wife. Watching soccer is no better or worse than tabletop D&D for example.

Its a pity more people arent like you! Its now 7 times since the statue was put up there that its been vandalised. I cant figure out if its just some genuinely bored and listless teens with literally nothing else to do but destroy a statue they have been told not to...or is there some genuine bad feeling against the man in the area over something real or imagined.

Either way, its gone beyond a joke and they need to move it into a museum or something for its own safety.

Yes. I couldn't give a feck about what people think of me. Recently I was accused of being 'repulsed by fat people'. I know I'm not, I know the accuser is speaking from their own issues so them thinking that about me doesn't affect me in the least.
