    3-4-3

Think I have most bases covered here. Any thoughts?
Wanted Mings instead of Guilbert but 0.1 short.

Nice team, maybe Guilbert, Luiz to Kelly/Rico and Cantwell?

or wait - few defenders at 4.5 close to a drop tonight (Yoshida, A.Smith)

    With Pepe:

    Adrian (Stek)

    Digne Mings Kelly (Lundstram, Hanley)

    Salah Sterling Pepe Mount Cantwell

    Aguero Haller (Greenwood)

    or

    Without Pepe:

    Adrian (Stek)

    Digne Laporte Kelly (Lundstram, Hanley)

    Salah Sterling F.Anderson Cantwell Pukki

    Aguero Haller (Do.Luiz)

Wondering what the verdict is on the goalkeepers ATM?

    - Who is the best 4.5? Is it worth jumping up an extra .5 to Patricio (who has Chelsea and Everton next) or banking on Heaton/Pope instead? (Or both?)
    - Is KDB essential or are people going elsewhere with their City spots? I have a free City spot and KDB was my only real differential in the first 3 weeks so reluctant to drop him out, but doing so for Lanzini/Mount/Martial frees up a good chunk of money to get in Haller/Pukki or Zinchenko/Digne for me.

Mulling it over still! Much happier with my team than I was two days ago but I would like to beef up one or two areas if possible.

    Currently on:

    Patricio - Button
    Zinchenko - Kelly - Soyuncu - Digne - Lundstram
    Salah - Sterling - Lanzini - Cantwell - Dendoncker
    Aguero - Pukki - Haller

Defence isn't great - and I'm wary of Zinchenko making way for Cancelo/Mendy in the next few weeks; and I had KDB instead of Lanzini before swapping around this morning so not sure if that's the right way to go with the midfield either.

Do we know if Pukki is on penalties?

I think Vrancic is the main penalty taker but he doesn't play much so Pukki could be next in line.

Bit of an unfair advantage that you have refs in/on your side!

I just set Ollie on them....

    I've two.optoons which I like.
    1.
    Pope, Heaton
    Maitland-Niles, Dunk, Soyuncu, Kelly, Lundstram
    Salah, Sterling, KDB, Martial, Mount
    Haller, Pukki, Wesley

    2.
    Pope, Heaton
    Maitland-Niles, Dunk, Soyuncu, Ward, Lundstram
    Salah, Sterling, KDB, Son, Mount
    Haller, Pukki, Greenwood

I'm leaving out Martial from team 1 until he is back but the plan is to have him.

Any thoughts on preferred team? Any thoughts on players I should have?

What formation you playing with team 1?

What formation you playing with team 1?
    3-5-2/3-4-3 depending on fixtures.

Think you could get massively frustrated with that with the players you have, I'd get a cheap MF or FWD and pick a formation. Upgrade a Def then

Trigger pulled. Was always gonna do it during the intl break but I thought it's only a week earlier and wanted KDB, Mount and Haller:

    Heaton, Button
    TAA, Kelly, Digne, Lundstram, Zinchenko
    Salah, Sterling, Ceballos, Mount, KDB
    Haller, Pukkki, Greenwood

Not getting rid of my double pool def just yet. After tonights changes (hoping for a Ceballos rise and Cantwell to hold so I can bank 0.1 on Ceballos)

Lundstram, Zinchenko and Ceballos to Rico, Robertson and Cantwell.

Edit: If Cantwell rises and Ceballos doesn't, I'm priced out, but think I'll risk it as Ceb will surely rise tomorrow if not tonight

    KDB and Haller or
Aguero and Harry Wilson (or anyone else 6 or under)

Had the same dilemma early in the week. Depends if you are a risk taker 😄

Went KDB Haller as there is a larger potential spread of points (and most of my league had KDB).

However Aguero has definite hat trick potential. Remember Wilson didn't start the last game

    Dilemma...

    A: Haller, KDB
    or
    B: Aguero, Douglas Luiz

With A Cantwell would be 5th mid, but would be 4th mid with B. Greendwood also there as 4.5 forward

Aguero could be a massive differential.

I’ve woke this morning with the contemplation of going without Sterling & going with KdB & Aguero instead.

Sterling is so highly owned and I have captain on Aguero this week

Well you’ve lots of time left yet to deliberate.

Not sure why you’re so hot for Pepe. Do you still have him ?

I currently have 3 iterations at the min with Pepe in one that includes

    Digne Zinchenko 4mil defender

    Salah Sterling Pepe KdB ((Cantwell)

    Haller Wesley Joelinton

    Haller, Pukki, Greenwood

Similar to myself and similar enough predicament.
Think Haller will score a good few.
Think Aguero will eventually share more time with Jesus
However think Aguero could get the hat trick this weekend though :)

    Really tough call.
Would you not go with 1 City defender for now?

I don’t fancy Pepe from what I’ve seen.

Would you not go Sterling, KDB and Aguero and then give it a week or two to decide which Gunner you’ll bring in ?

I think Lacazette will be a cert if and when he is starting every game. If not you can then bring in Pepe or Aubameyang.

I don’t think Lacazette is a cert. it felt like Aubameyang was No.1 last year and then with the Liverpool game the weekend, it looks like Lacazette is No.3 however he will play a lot of games.

Pepe should of at least scored 1 against Liverpool. I think he will be like Salah in his first season. Complete u known in the sense of how to deal with his pace.

    Could be a huge differential

I would go Aguero if I wasnt on a Wildcard, due mostly to what you say above (though I didnt take my own advice).

On a wildcard its Haller/KDB for me as its less riskier/allows for a stronger overall team

    You’ve misunderstood me.

Lacazette should be a cert for every FPL team IF he is guaranteed to start every week.

    Activated. Looking at this

    Pope/Ryan
    Vvd/ zinchenko/ Mings/ Kelly/ lundstram
    Salah/ kdb/ ceballos/ Maddison/ neves
    Aguero/ pukki/ abraham

    .4 in the bank

What would be people's views on Mane over Salah currently.

All the WC teams are being coloured by the fact that Salah happened to haul last week, but over past year or so Mane has kept pace with him.

Add in the fact that your Man City premium gives you a pretty good perma captain for the foreseeable, I don't see any weeks imminently where you'd be terrified by Salah (c).

Yeah with aguero he allows us to jump on any striker we want, whereas less so with Haller.

I think I'd prefer the TAA and Robertson double up, I think there's big points on the way for both. That's just me though, I'd like to have Zinchenko but prefer Robertson.

I think I'll go without Aguero, don't like Cantwell as a 4th mid when I'm already carrying Greenwood although he'll hopefully see some game time
