    They're all invite type events.

You can ignorantly accuse me of "whataboutism," but what it really is involves identifying similar scenarios in order to see if it holds up when the shoe is on the other foot!

Then please show evidence that Bidens event was a washout like Trumps idiotic attempt was.

I honestly think you are once again trying for death by mod so you can claim you have been silenced, we all know the real reason is that you are finding it harder and harder to spin Trumps downfall.

Joe Biden does want to run the country, though... obviously from behind and cowering in his underground bunker.

He does. But he isn't running it now. Biden doesnt have a bunker. BunkerBitch does and he ran to it because he was scared of the people.

At the start of the year it looked as if Trump would steam roll to a win but obviously things have changed. I haven't looked at any polls but I imagine they aren't favorable to him but I could be wrong. Anyway, all's they need to do is convince something like 8 states to vote for them and they'll win. Hard to know what will happen, it's all up to what the swing state voters decide to do, maybe Biden doesn't worry them, maybe they still like Trump, only one way to find out

Why is notobtuse consistently banging on about bunkers when his daddy is the only one who was literally cowering in a bunker

Never in a million years was Trump steamrolling to a win. Bidens been leading Trump nationwide in many polls for two years now. Trumps only ever winning close battle.

Trumps team has always been worried about Biden over everyone else hence why the felt they needed Ukraines help to dig up dirt on him to hurt his campaign.

I’ll be glad when the debates start and this “cognitive decline” nonsense can be put to bed.

It will be very obvious in one on ones who’s in cognitive decline.

End of Biden? Nah. This is ‘we’ll have to settle election” for Democrats… like Kerry was in 2004 and McCain was for the GOP in 2008. Sadly, crazy uncle Joe just comes off as too old and hasn’t been able to shine in live debates anymore. It will be a close election regardless as the democrats could run a sack of potatoes and start off with 212 electoral college votes in the election [California (55), New York (29), Illinois (20), Michigan (16), New Jersey (14), Washington (12), Massachusetts (11), Maryland (10), Minnesota (10), Oregon (7), Connecticut (7), Hawaii (4), Maine (4), Rhode Island (4), Delaware (3), Vermont (3), as well as Washington, D.C. (3)]. 270 votes is need to win. If the economy stays relatively strong and unemployment low Trump should win reelection by a narrow margin... but as 2016 has proven anything is possible and age old formulas don't always count.

I still can't wrap my head around who he would pick as a running mate but it is sure to be a woman to counter his 'creepy' image.

    Well, that aged like milk.

I can't see any more than 2 debates, if even that. Trump is much more at home at rallies. He'll certainly try to avoid places where they ask hard questions.

But there has been some cognitive decline in recent years. Maybe not quite as much as his detractors would lead you to believe... buy hey, that's politics. I’ve been listening to Biden for decades. He’s always been a low thinking buffoon and on the wrong side of history. But he’s been brushed off as Crazy Uncle Joe because he was mostly harmless. But harmless he is no more and could potentially ruin the country because he isn’t qualified and will rely on unelected radicals to tell him what to do at POTUS.

Biden: Been in government for decades including eight years as VP. - UNQUALIFIED

Trump: Avid golfer who managed to lose money owning a casino, most well known for reality TV. - THAT’S OUR GUY

why is it that every criticism you level at Biden could be more appropriately leveled at Trump? what qualifications does trump have over biden, exactly? a man who has worked in government for decades. served 2 terms as vice president. What qualifications does a corrupt grifter and habitual liar like trump with a history of bankruptcies have over Biden?

    It’s called projecting.

No matter what you think about Trump's policies, at least we know he's capable of handling the job. When I say "handling" I mean "not collapsing under the strain of what's regarded as one of the most highly stressful and scrutinised jobs in history".

Now *that's* a Trumpian definition of 'handling' all right. "Not collapsing." Uhuh. Did you see him stumble down that ramp or drag himself off of Marine-one last night?

So, this is like saying, "Winning is, not scoring more goals than the other team but not losing by too much either?"

    Farcical. "Not collapsing."

Biden looks like he's on the verge of collapse only campaigning for that job. This isn't ageism. The guy's old, tired and obviously in cognitive decline. Yes, he's only a few years older than Trump but not everybody ages at the same rate. Trump is sharper than Biden and it's gonna be obvious once they're both on a debate stage.
Keep whistling that up and wait till the debates. Biden will annihilate Trump. Trump, in front of a few thousand loyalists can't put two sentences together. Trump melts down in press conferences when asked softball questions that beg a polite reply. Trump's campaign'll be pretty much over after the debates.
Look at pictures of Obama both before and after leaving office. THAT JOB AGES YOU. Then look at a picture of Biden and ask yourself "How much of this guy is gonna be left after four years let alone eight?"

More than Trump will have after four. More than Trump has *today*.

I provide basis for my beliefs. Biden's statements that he wouldn't have protected the US from people coming into the country from areas around the wold being ravaged by the coronavirus, for one. No basis usually comes from those committed to hatred for Trump, IMO.

If you look, the big uptick in Covid deaths happen after the immigration ban from Europe (around March 12th.) Worldometer is the source I'm using. The point being, causing huge crowding and queuing at airports, especially in NYC, probably caused NYC to have that enormous initial spike of cases.

So, maybe blocking European immigration to the US and forcing all the US citizens to return (though, it did take a couple days for the #IMPOTUS to realize that the UK and Ireland were part of Europe, too), probably did more harm than good based on the way it was handled. And, he's responsible for that, don't forget, the buck stops there.

So, I think you can make an argument that the travel band, ham-handedly done, actually led to the Covid outbreak in the US being as intense as it was. An organized, well thought out return process with testing in place (oops) and ways to trace and track people returning (oops again, not there), might've avoided the huge spike in Covid places in the US in the first place.

Fair enough, but some polls Trump was leading up to Jan that's why I said it. Anyway polls have been proven to be wrong many times so while I have faith in them, They aren't fool proof

Maybe he should have just locked all US citizens in jail returning to the country? Somehow I believe no matter what he would have done you'd criticize his every move. But Biden could cause the death of millions and you'd hail him as some hero.

That's the kind of thing I'm sure Trump thought of, but probably got talked down. He'd have gladly imprisoned all the non-white people. He's got prior art there.

Biden's less likely to surround himself with idiots. The few smart people that worked for Trump got driven out. Of course, we can't predict the future.

Like loony tunes AOC and his coronavirus adviser who believes people should want to die at 75 because they’re a burden on society?

AOC's brilliant and a great representative for her constituents. She'd make a fine HUD secretary under President Biden, but I see her as the junior Senator from NY State first once Schumer retires.

Was that the lieutenant governor of Texas or your hero Glenn Beck you're quoting there about Coronavirus and seniors?

In your opinion, why did Trump not express condolences to the family and friends of the
120,000 people who have died so far of the coronavirus during his two hour spiel?

And, on the day after Juneteenth and in a city with a fraught history of racial violence, why didn’t he mention the death of George Floyd?

I hear AOC has been nominated for the Nobel Prize In Stupidity. She'll be a shoe-in to win. Yeah, she would make a fine addition to the Biden advisory board, as she may be a step up from Creepy Joe.

And no, I got the information regarding Biden's coronavirus advisor from realclearpolitics.
