He didn’t admit it either but by your metric. The democrats are far worse since they are in bed with Al Sharpton.

Then pretty stupid of him signing an agreement.

There's more I'm afraid. A book by John O’Donnell, former president of Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, quoted Trump’s criticism of a black accountant: “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day. … I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault, because laziness is a trait in blacks. It really is, I believe that. It’s not anything they can control.”

Also you're saying that the Democrats associating with someone racist is worse than the Republicans making a racist president?

Alleged racist if I go by your metric. Since there was no admission. With Sharpton there is actual evidence of it.

Also it’s the American people who voted for trump. Republicans didn’t just make him president.

What's my metric exactly? Nope, it's well documented Trump's a racist. Court orders and countless former employee testimony to that effect.

So Sharpton and Trump are both racists?

We'll agree to disagree there M. You'll only have a problem with racism when it comes from certain minorities judging from this thread. In other words it's not the racism you're concerned about.

Couldn't care less about Sharpton. Is Trump a racist in your opinion? If not, why not despite a large chunk of us believing he is.

I do care that the democrats are in bed with him. A racist. And a drug dealer who has ties to the mob. Embrace him and invite him to Obama’s White House.

You know I do not believe trump is a racist. And I take the word of plenty of African Americans. Who say the same.

Again you're clearly not concerned with racism. You're posts only attack minorities who are accused of racism. You can't apply your own metric to racists who you admire.

That sure has the smell of unfounded allegations. Has Sharpton been convicted of being a drug dealer? Trump also has ties to the mob - well, several mobs, so I don't see why that is relevant.

I'm still unclear how being an alleged drug dealer, and a racist, makes him more dangerous to American safety than the white men that Omar alluded to?

How does anything in that article signify that she is burning her bridges? I mean, in any way that comes to us as a new development, having read this news article.

"Last week, Israel’s Ambassador to the United States Ron Dermer told The Times of Israel that authorities will not prevent Omar, the representative for Minnesota, and Palestinian-American Rep. Rashida Tlaib, a Democrat from Michigan, from entering the country when they arrive for a planned tour in August."

With the breaking news that Will Hurd is retiring from the House of Representatives, who was very critical of Trumps racist remarks, that leaves the GOP with one last African American on the Hill: Senator Tim Scott, and I can attest as his constituent he is not a Trump sycophant. So this begs the question: who are these plenty of African Americans you are referring to?

Well, I don't see why you're inferring that the poster was talking about African Americans within the Trump administration or in congress (although Ben Carson is an African American). What I feel the user was talking about was about how there are lots of African Americans who like Trump and who the media largely ignore as it doesn't fit the narrative they like to peddle. Those would be the black folk Bette Midler dismissively referred to as "Blackground"

    A few examples:

This black guy was even approached by a brazen white liberal who suggested he looked dumb cause he was wearing a MAGA hat:

I’m concerned with real racism. Get to the back of the bus. No blacks allowed (yes. Yes. Trump did it in the 70’s as per your posts) no blacks at school. And so on.

Not record jobs for blacks racism. Not calling out black politicians for abandoning their district to virtue signal about the border racism.

By that standards how can Al Sharpton be racist if he has white supporters?

MM I stated previously that in the American government research I work on we're told that any press release should be given at the level that a Trump supporter can understand. The reason being that Trump supporters fail to understand logic. Now I don't want you guys to feel sensitive about this but your post exemplifies that/

Let's follow the logic of your posts. You're concerned with real racism like no "blacks allowed", you know Trump engaged in this definition of real racism, yet you believe Trump's not a racist, Trump can't be racist because he has black supporters and finally Al Sharpton is racist even though he has white supporters?

Hopefully that explains my attitudes towards the logic of Trump supporters MM.

It's hard to dispute M. On multiple threads you talk about Trump commiting racist acts then backtrack and say he's not that racist or not racist anymore.

You said Trump has done some stuff you consider 'real racism' yet you don't think he's a racist.

Do you think he was a racist, but isn't now?

Or do you think he has never been a racist?
