    That'll come when or if the previous case documents are unsealed. The deal that was done was nobody mentioned in the previous case could be prosecuted retrospectively for the 30yrs before the case. That might still stand.

    It does say, Epstein Employees and Associates were involved in this conspiracy. There going to be others charged going by this.

    And some of girls were as young as 14, it says so in the indictment.

    The real unknown is why did he get off lightly in 2007? The We assuming here he was protected to stop him leaking names? These allegations are not new.

    I think he's looking at his natural life in prison anyway, guys like that might not last long in prison especially this one and the information he knows. No benefit to naming anyone he needs every friend on the outside possible.

    These crimes are allegedly to have occurred in New York. From what i gather the other crimes in 2007, are based in Florida. It would explain why there a new prosecution against him.These crimes were know about in part in 2007.

    There no evidence Trump involved.

    Indictment is about a conspiracy involving Esptein, employees of his and associates ( could mean friends?)

    Yes he's involved, he gave information to help take him down. He may end up being a prosecution witness.

    There’s no mention of the island. Therefore it looks like they are prosecuting only the employees of Epstein, not associates and not the visitors to the island.

    Correct. They found child pornography at his home. There going to take his plane and homes linked with this case. There going to be searching the houses for more hidden stuff.

    Also damages asks for 100 million dollars and filed in a district court,

    A complete game, you file the documents, get them made public record and when it comes round the judge will tell the lawyer oresent it has to be re-filed in a higher court and strike it out.

    This is what you do when you want to make up crap about somebody stateside, nobody will ever be heard so nobody done for perjury.

    If you had a 13 year old daughter, would you let her go to a one of Epstein's parties, and I mean without you or any family member? Yes or no answers only please.

    Dont see what this has to do with trump (as he banned epstein from mar-a-lago for this behaviour )but absolutely not. Sadly id say many parents were more interested in an epstein payoff.

    Nobody said that. Nobody said he’s my hero, just if this epstein trump story is true, trumps actions against epstein and this shambles of a court filing really arent making sense. Im not commenting on any other case as this is an epstein thread

    Im accusing the democrats or somebody else with an interest in linking trump to epstein offered money to somebody to put their name to a court filing with the promise that theyd never have to get to the court and couldnt be done for perjury because it would never be heard and you cant be done for libel for a court filing.

    If the accuser and witness really wanted him done it would have been filed correctly or even refiled correctly after all this time.
