That'll come when or if the previous case documents are unsealed. The deal that was done was nobody mentioned in the previous case could be prosecuted retrospectively for the 30yrs before the case. That might still stand.

I think he's looking at his natural life in prison anyway, guys like that might not last long in prison especially this one and the information he knows. No benefit to naming anyone he needs every friend on the outside possible.

These crimes are allegedly to have occurred in New York. From what i gather the other crimes in 2007, are based in Florida. It would explain why there a new prosecution against him.These crimes were know about in part in 2007.

A complete game, you file the documents, get them made public record and when it comes round the judge will tell the lawyer oresent it has to be re-filed in a higher court and strike it out.

This is what you do when you want to make up crap about somebody stateside, nobody will ever be heard so nobody done for perjury.
