    To be fair it seems they didn't want to bring it on screen in the first place so it's not that surprising they weren't into it.

    To be fair to Dave he reported based on Enzo and Cass' direct word, and openly accepted there was no story to it when he reached out to WWE for comment. An open and shut case of Journalist given information from a direct source, tried to verify it with the company and confirmed the result once they responded.
