Light rain in North Dublin. Still warm but muggy. I fear this will be more or less the pattern for most of the rest of the summer.

Cripes it's close... humidity must be over 90%

That's pure guess work btw... Don't all jump on me with talk to inaccurate subjectivity blah blah

I DETEST this close/humid/heavy whatever you call it weather.

I’d honestly take non stop rain hail or snow from now to November if it was fresher out

Grey and dull in Mullingar, rain not far off I'd say and light jacket required ...

Same. I really like cool rain. Humid warm weather with intermittent drizzle is the absolute worst weather. Feeling sick with it today. Struggling to breathe.

latest ensembles look very wet from next weekend, the next 4 to 5 days look quite dry and relatively warm. Temperatures look very uncertain from the middle of next week with alot of warm, potential hot runs as well as cool and average runs. Hopefully the signals will become clearer over the weekend.

It's 21.3C here in glorious sunshine and even though it's as humid as it has been there's a fresh breeze which makes it feel pleasant and not very hot.

    Obviously Sligo isnt in Ireland.

Its been raining here on and off all afternoon

    NOT scattered light showers.

This is what Met Eireann says

A mix of cloud and sunny spells today with some well scattered showers. Highs of 17 to 19 Celsius in moderate west to southwest breezes, which will be fresh at times near the west coast. Mildest in the east

Today will be mainly dry with a fair amount of cloud and some sunny intervals, the best of these in the south and southeast. Some light showers will affect northern parts of Connacht and Ulster and a few will drift down to south Ulster and north Leinster. Highest temperatures of 17 to 22 degrees with moderate northwest breezes

Todays weather but its lashing drizzle..since midnight

A mild quiet morning.. The mountain tops are amputated by thick cloud cover in amazingly straight horizontal lines; very neat!

Rain in the night and early hours
