Its a form of visual advertising, everyone is going to have an opinion, for example, i was wondering how some of them have failed to become acquainted with a hairdresser.

However, I wonder how many commenting on candidates looks would be happy to be publicly identified for doing so and happy for their employers to know they are doing it.

I’m sure most wouldn’t, which is why they are using an anonymous forum.
The candidates are putting their pictures up to get attention and really have little to complain about if they are ill judged by the people they are trying to garner the attention from.

They were suspedated for rating the woman they worked with.

Luckily no one is doing that then

I am streching this a bit but if its all cool, why would it need to anonymous?

Very clever of her, appealing to only socialists who are feminist and only feminists who are socialists. A good 9 or 10 votes coming her way.

    Is that meat!?

:D, that's gas. Her name is Nuala Killeen in Leixlip in Kildare. Could someone put up a pic of her poster with the error?

It’s all cool? Not sure what you mean by that. Obviously people aren’t coming onto boards putting out opinions about a range of subjects without anonymity that would kill all discussion dead.
The bit you’re worried about is an after hours thread where people are discussing in the main the pictures that candidates have put up on lamp posts of themselves, I have no issue with people saying x is hot or y is not.

I seen a couple on posters around Tallaght the other day but I can't remember names. Tallon wins anyway regardless.

I bet you it was that Emma something woman...she visited my house a few years back when I had the misfortune to be flooded - done fúck all about it mind but there was much swooning nonetheless. (Mostly on her part, I'm smoking hot:D)

Well, I can only speak for myself but in another thread here on AH I did post up a candid photo of my mug - I have no issues about my looks but the whole point of internet forums is anonymity.

It's a bit of harmless fun unless a poster makes really defamatory remarks - with politicans they put their name and face out there so it's inevitable they'll be judged.

I agree. This focus on appearance cheapens political debate.

So here's a perfectly accurate picture of one candidate, which shouldn't be followed by cries of catfish.

No, no. You need to be doxed, publically shamed, removed from employment and made destitute for the heinous crime of laughing at a counsellors haircut, because that's the proportionate response from the lunathicks these days.
The same people that will tell you some poor unfortunate with 500 convictions that robs you with a syringe in the street needs to be given a second chance....

You just know that because Rita Harold was involved in the repeal campaign she has mistaken the success of that for her being responsible for it and now thinks she can make a change in the world. The repeal top and megaphone are surely enough for people to think oh god we don’t want this one using her
    Megaphone to organize tree cutting
