Jaysus Jacob. He may rue that. Be sick tonight if Leinster win.

There is absolutely NO excuse for that from a Leinster perspective, far too many soft tackles.

But there is ABSOLUTELY NO excuse for that from Stockdale, he's one of the top finishers in the world - that's disgracefully disrespectful to the fixture.

    Disgracefully disrespectful to the fixture?
Lads on here come out with some outrageously dramatic ROT.

The young lad made a mistake.

How was that a leinster scrum penalty?! They actually took a step back

Scrum was stable, but then it went down on the LH side for Ulster.

I'm a Stockdale fan, this is a quarter final in Europe - when is the last time Ulster were in a Semi?

He had all the hard work done for that try and fluffed the challenging task of putting the ball on the ground. He'll wear this around his neck for a long time if Ulster don't win.

    +1
He did well to put himself in that opportunity I'm sure plenty of other wingers wouldn't have

That's unreal hustle from Dave. Winger and FB gave up the chase after getting boshed, Dave comes across from the other wing and his pressure prevents an easy dot down. 99/100 it's a lost cause, but moments like that make the effort worth it.

Agreed on all points but your first post would have been more at home in the abbey theatre.

    Tone down the histrionics

Pointe missed at least three Ulster offsides there.

  • Registered Users Posts: 21,610 ✭✭✭✭Squidgy Black

Complete brainfart there, Cooney latched on to the ball and was looking up in complete shock that nobody tried to clear him out.

No try. Ulster man held into the ruck

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 15,238 ✭✭✭✭Diabhal Beag

They tried running that from the base of the ruck several times already and Ulster got caught

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,297 ✭✭✭MaybeMaybe

    Cracking score.

There are 50,000 people here watching this. Ulster are massive underdogs. You create chances like that you finish them, he'll be utterly sick with himself if that is the difference between the teams.

Adam Byrne is no Jacob Stockdale, but at least he isn't complacent at this level about the importance of getting the basics right.

    It was a shocking error.

  • Registered Users Posts: 16,829 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Everything about that was fantastic from Conan. Spitting the gap in the ruck, the speed and strength in the carry and the awareness of Byrne on his outside to offload

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,818 ✭✭✭Inspector Coptoor

    Class from Conan there.
    Good finishing from Byrne.

Leinster in front despite ulster being the better team.

Noel Reid continues to impres this season. Had some fantastic tackles since he came on.
