    If you swapped with me you'd only feel worse! I need to stop eating so much and go back to the gym but I don't want to but then I hate putting on weight and feeling lethargic but I loves me food. It's a c unt of a conundrum.

    Just had a snooze on the couch after lunch, I'm turning in to a lazy b*****d.
    My mam was down with some soup for me.
    She walked it, its only a quarter mile or so, but it's her first step out since her illness and I said I'd leave her home but no, she walked it back too.
    Back to work now.

    They're a different breed, my mam is 80 and more energetic than myself and my dad is like a teenager, they put me to shame lol. We all had dinner here last night and everyone was watching the match afterwards and my mam says "Isn't he very ordinary looking for a foreigner Duvet Day?".. "Who?".. "The manager of Man U".. Lol.. And then my dad is waking me up to look at the "bare" supporters with their tops off.. They're so funny and I do appreciate having them both in such good health at this age.
