    So what's stopping someone getting this and then just leaving VHI? Is it a retrospective €100 or a future incentive?

    It's just cash in your bank account - that's incentive enough.

    Probably says in the T&C that customers have to stay with VHI for a set amount of time or they'll have to pay it back.

    Hi folks....is anyone still having problems signing up to this? I tried to sign up to the offer but when I sign in to my account, I don't see anywhere to sign up to the offer. I'm already signed up to DD but I know this doesn't matter. I'm also on an international policy but I assume that doesn't matter either. Any ideas? thanks....

    I got 100e in my AIB account, however haven't received another 50e from my family member discount. I opted for online document for my family member on 4th September as there was an issue with the online account.
    Any one still waiting for the discount?

    i'm the same. even got a text off them saying my other family member hadnt signed up. went in to the system and low and behold they had.

    going to give them a few days to pay up, but if not will chase them.

    If you are talking about signing up then yes, it ended on 1 October. It has been running since the end of May.

    Around what timeframe was this supposed to go in to the bank? I don't like checking my account but I've to do it anyway for something else and will have a look while I'm at it.
