it worked ok for me, I have the digital version of the game, not that it should make a difference.
I purchased it and it's ready to pre-download in something like 9 days
If I've bought the wrong thing again I'm going to flip out.

I contacted PlayStation and they are aware of the issue and it's being investigated. Says to keep checking the store. Absolutely no rush in preordering so I'm sure it will get fixed by release.

Made some great progress tonight. After getting a whopping 3 signature points, i went back to the white house and found i had 37 points to spend on my demolition signature. Unlocked the ordnance turret and between that, my grenade launcher, my elite melting lmg and the different perks i have, i feel like I'm finally getting the hang of endgame. I just need some exotics now.

Certain bounties reward 3 specialization points, did a pile of them the other night.

Might have spoken too soon. Leveled up a control point to 4 and solo'd it, got wrecked. Finished it in the end after multiple deaths but was fairly full on. Got a ton of loot but no blueprints or exotics.

I was trying an heroic bounty solo (whichever one costs 30), I've done them before but the worst bounty is the one on solar farm, it's so open you trigger countless events and everything attacks you. This one was on solar farm and was a mare I got chased all over the shop, a heavy, a named enemy, various elites but the killer was this eejit with a grenade launcher, spamming them with horrible accuracy.
I ran miles, then as I was trying to circle them the fxuking thing failed as I was too far away.

Jumped on with Eoin, did a bounty, BOOM Chameleon. Won't replace my LMG but it's a nice secondary gun.

Went back and did the heroic bounty solo, no drama.
I have a skill build for fun and an unbreakable build for serious stuff. I got badly stuck with the skill one on a Coney Island boss. I'm just too squishy with it. It takes some amount of savagery to kill the unbreakable one, switched and did it first time.

As for the talents, does the weapon damage only apply to that gun or does it apply if you swap to your other weapon also?

Hitting 30 headshots grants +20% critical hit chance and +50% critical hit damage for 45s.
Hitting 60 body shots grants +100% weapon damage for 45s.
Hitting 30 leg shots grants +150% reload speed for 45s.

From memory it depends on what it says. If it says when equipped it applies to all guns or if it says when holstered it applies when you have it equipped but not using it. Something like unhinged just applies to the specific gun.

Division 2 etiquette would have you drop the next one for your friends if you get a second.

I got one a few nights ago, tbh not that impressed. It has all the traits of the SMG it looks like minus the extra integral crit, so if you already have a short-range/high-crit build it doesn't really work well, similarly for filling the slot an AR is supposed to it has too little range. I am not a fan of the overly complex conditionals they've put onto many of the exotics, this included. On paper the numbers look decent but in reality I found it far less useful than the chatterbox for the kind of short-range it's limited to, and it was pretty hard to tell when the perks where in effect as even the longer term ones would have their active icon disappear from my hud on reload.

FYI - Yep only 'Holstered' perks work as a global passive (i.e. will apply to your other weapons). So for this one it's the 'Overlap: 5% weapon handling'.

Yeah, I instantly equipped it but never noticed my GS went to 499 as it wasn't a 500 item, absolute bollox. I'm afraid my ocd won't allow me to keep it equipped in order to get back to a nicer looking 500.

it kind of reminds me "but it goes to 11" skit from Spinal Tap. My best AR used to duck me under 500 and I wouldn't use it even though it made me better.

I was looking up specializations and the Gunner sounds really cool until I looked up the unlock requirements. **** that. I don't want to pay 7 euro for the year pass to unlock it straight away with the 30 quid expansion next week so will just stick with grenade launcher.

I wish I knew where my digital pre-order had gone, hopefully they've fixed that too. The specialisations aren't as important as they used to be. Initially certain ones got certain gun benefits. The grenade launcher guy for example had a buff to LMGs that no one else had. Now you can unlock gun buffs on all of them.

The GL guy is still probably the best but only 'cos his special kills those flipping robot dogs. Try taking one out up close with a flamethrower and your having a bad day.
