might be he made it all the way to the boot if the cops were chasing the runners from the car . the video only seems to kck in after the lads in the car and most of the cops are long gone

We need similar laws to the RICO statutes.



Basically you're a member of an organised gang and you're history..Federal racketeering sentences in the US can run into hundreds of years..the defendant's only way of ever seeing daylight again is to turn turtle on their associates..it has worked to bring down many high profile criminals and organisations.


The story of Tekashi6ix9ine is a good example of how RICO can be used to take down small fry in order to get to the big fry.


The beauty of it al is there's no certainty at all that the sentence will actually be reduced for cooperating ( the presiding judge has the final say) but most "gangsters" shiit their Calvins at the prospect of 100+ years in the federal pen.


Witness protection should only apply as long as the trial is in progress..after that leave them to sink,swim or show up in a laneway full of holes...no loss to society.

I think the heaviest sentence ever given was like 30 years over here and that is held up like it's some amazing thing. Life Sentences, in Ireland? no.
