Should be on tonight if anyone wants to get some team games going.

Regularly getting down into the last ten but vehicles circling the map at that stage are really killing it for me. Despite getting into the last ten regularly I’ve about 25 kills in total, and only managed a high of two kills in the same game.

I’d also have quite to compilation of f*ck ups where I lay in wait for someone to come into/out of a room only to completely miss the shot and have some Benny Hill style chase ensue.

Wouldn’t compare it to Call of Duty at all. I can’t actually think of what I’d compare it to.

Just had my most annoying death, landed at the prison, picked up some floating loot and. A table appears while doing it pinning my against the window. Killed 2 guys and then had to wait for the blue circle to kill me. Managed to hold out till into the last 30 and should have got another kill but ran out of ammo before he ran off.

Set up a another tv in my living room and set up my other xbox that wasn't in use and went into duos with the missus and we finally got her that elusive chicken dinner that she hadn't been able to get.

Sure when there was 5 people left she did down me in a panic but hey atleast she revived me :D

Definitely a whole lot of luck involved, even from the get go when you decide to jump from the plane and where to land. You could end up smack bang in the middle of the circle or on the other side of the island or else somewhere in between. Then there's the luck involved in what loot you come across and then what vehicles you may or may not find.

I landed in the power plant last night for a change and ended up having the place to myself. Got fully kitted out with the most amount of gear I've ever had at the start of a round. But the circle ended up at the other side of the island, so I headed for the nearest main road and luckily got my hands on a jeep. Made it over to the circle in no time and decided on where to hit next. Picked out a cluster of houses which were well inside the circle and when I got there all the doors were closed. I had a quick look round and it appeared nobody was there so I opened the door to the first house only to be met square on with a fecking shotgun. I basically delivered all that gear to this guy, free of charge. This game is frustratingly brilliant.

    😄

I had almost the inverse. Absolutely desolute first few mins. Still rocking a puny handgun. Heard buggy and got in house just as red zone started. Guy jumps out of buggy into House and starts looking at pile of loot. With artillery booming I got the drop on him and headshots at point blank range brought him down. He was completely tooled up so within 60 seconds I went from basically unarmed wretch to pimped out buggy god 😀

Still got capped in last ten though.

Just wanted to highlight that the majority of chicken dinners I've got have been from rounds that were really bad.

A mix of any or all of the following. Bad loot, running into circles while taking outer circle damage, no vehicles to be found, low ammo, etc etc. It's the rounds where I have absolutely everything that I get destroyed.

is anyone else getting constant "network lag detected" errors in game? I never had this issue before the recent patches over the weekend. It also affects my party chat where I briefly lose connection to that too.

I don't disconnect from xbox live and no other device in the house is having issues so I can't see how it could be my network?!

Full squad chicken dinner. Played the thing perfectly all 4 survived. That last little circle is panicky as ****. Took 9 shots at the last lad and missed as he ran down the field managed to blow his head with last bullet. 6 kills is pb for me and the satisfaction is worth all the frustration

Wow. New patch installed yesterday and it’s seriously smooth and just looks less jittery in terms of movement etc so that’s very welcomed. Only 1 crash in about 40 games over the weekend aswel ain’t bad

Just last night I got exactly the same thing. Which Xbox One are you using?

I was getting these fairly regularly over the weekend.
I only started playing it for the first time on Friday night, so I thought it was just how things were.

Got down to the last 5 on a game for the first time ever, the stress!

Actually started with the intention of getting into fire fights to practice and ignore the chicken dinner goal. Ended up going for a crate and coming away with the sniper rifle and suit, pistol to the head of a driver got me an AK47 and a jeep, got near the final circle and stupidly ditched the jeep thinking my camo and rifle would win me the day.

Was met with 4 vehicles racing around in an ever decreasing circle until one of them finally accidentally ran over me...In the absence of an RPG, what is the best tactic for dealing with the circling vehicles at the end, particularly when you're on foot?

I was getting this persistently last night, game was lagging all over the shop and would temporarily lose the party chat. I'm running the One X but I put it down to the fact I was downloading a few games while I was playing.

No real hard and fast rule, it's still something that the developers are looking at. They've already reduced vehicle health, so I'm sure that they'll come up with a more permanent solution eventually.

Stay close to the forcefield, and try to get a driver to miss you and drive into the blue, matador style? You have to shout Olé as they drive past though.

I find its the type of game I cant play over and over maybe two three games in a row, But after 15 mins of looting and getting great gear all set up then to be driven over by a car stupidity. I dont have the will to have another go again staright away

Ha. I suppose one solution would be some sort of roll option.

I must say I've found vehicles far more vulnerable this weekend. Been whacked in a one twice and have put serious damage on people (enough to have them turn away when they were all set to run me over).

There were issues on Microsofts end. I had a load of game achievements that didn't pop. I checked the "Live Service" and it stated issues with (PUBG, Content, Parties, Achievements etc. This seemed to be in place for well over 48 hours.

Things are back to normal this morning it seems, but there were alot of "LIMITED" items on the Core Services. This most likely explains what you guys were experiencing.

Played a couple of games last night, squad games can be so frustrating. A couple of games were really good where people had mics but other games it seemed like 2 out of the 4 were in a party or communicating just to each other and resulted in the other team members getting killed. And other times no one had a mic and people ended up all over the map from the very start.
Got a second and two top 5's in a row and then it went down hill fast after that.

If anyone has wants to play squad or add me my username is Seaneyebrows18.

    It's unreal, isn't it?
Final 2 is the best I've managed and I was ****tin it!

Last time I got down to the final 5, I took out 2 when I spotted them taking shots at each other.

Spun around then to see a buggy coming flying at me, managed to headshot him but couldn't get out of the way of the buggy and got trampled. I was gutted.

In duo if we have a car/bike/buggy we abandon the it by the 3rd last circle. driving around takes away from the tension. hopfully another patch will make them take even more damage from gun fire.

Same, heart was pounding after! Jumped on the back seat of the buggy when driving at him and hit him a couple times but he got me a headshot!

I've been the same any game I've played. The cars seem to take more damage than when it first came out but they should have it set that they take even more from close range so when it comes down to the last couple they don't offer much protection.

...or they could rapidly run out of petrol
