Just one placed sat from the outsiders i fancied, will try to find the winner of the big race tomorrow in Limerick, the Munster National.

BAY HILL is my idea of the winner at around 14/1 with 10 stone on his back, this will be the first time he has run over 3 miles but has run well on heavy ground over 22 and a half furlongs, owned by JP it is clear that he has been trained with this race in mind by a man who knows the time of day.

Colin Keane Riding three of AOB's chances in the curragh today. Is it his chance to get number 1 rider, Ryan Moore been poor

I think roaring bull has a great chance in that same race. About 14s
    Elliot trainer. Kenneddy on board.

Also the rank outsider blacl scorpion. Cool name and is a better chaser than anything qnd has won over 3m. If i can get 50/1 ill back it each way

Pettochside is a Goodwood specialist and though now in the veteran stage might be able to get competitive on the heavy ground he likes,16 to1 available and worth a small ew 4 places in the 3.25.

Irish Cesarewitch Curragh 3.40 BRAZOS 50/1 Gen

Won this race 2yrs ago off a 2lb higher mark at Navan. Has won before on soft ground. Could be a big priced placer here.

    Gluck

    Good shout. 50/1 placer

5.00 Goodwood CARP KID 15/2 Gen

Runs most his races on better ground, and over longer trips. He can go very well here I feel over the 1 mile trip on the soft - heavy going that he has ran creditably on before in this Class 4. Looks well handicapped anyway today.

    Gluck

    2 for tonight at Wolves

    6.30 LADY MAKFI 50/1 PP

Bit of a hit and hope, but has a glimmer, and the price is right. Each way.

8.00 SHA LA LA LA LEE 18/1 PP, 16s Boyles with 4 places

Drawn wide, so that's not great. Has ran well here off higher ratings in better races though. Am hoping Kingscote can get him out in front. Each way as well.

    Gluck

Fair play. Nice drift on Sha La to 25.

Would have been a very nice double if you had picked the other 50/1 shot that came in in the 6:30.

    Great picking.

    Thanks Leffesem.

    Ta Flooper,

:pac: Am beating myself up over not finding that boilover :p

Good ride by Jane Elliott (late replacement for R Kingscote) on Sha La. She followed instructions to a tee :D . Got out well, and laid up in second about two horsewidths off rail and took it up late on. Gutsy from horse and jockey both to hold on down the stretch - was pulling away a bit too at the finish.

Nice to pick one at a price. Hopefully one or two followed.

Not a great day today. About a 20% loss, or thereabouts, to SP. Had no bet so not quite sure.

Might have been about a 20% profit (to level stakes) but the line came just too soon for Harry Love
    in the last at Wolves.

    Swings and roundabouts....

Getting a tip for a horse in Ireland can be expensive, especially when Elliot has the 1st and 2nd favs but I have been told Samos Island will run well in the 4.35 at Punchestown.

    3.45 Nottingham PEGGIE SUE

I like this one here who is proven at C & D, and likes soft ground.
At 80/1 PP Adam West's mare can outrun them odds.
In form lately, and will put a line through her last run at
Ayr as she was drawn on the 'wrong' side and tried to make all over
a somewhat longer trip. Solid Each Way credentials imo..

    Gluck

A favourite of yours Zimmer, With Pleasure after running very well their in Bath, Franny got him in a bit of trouble I thought..

This will prove a good bumper imo, several well backed and gamble landed on the winner,i put them all in the tracker and will watch with interest when they reappear.

SAMOS a big drifter in the face of strong support for the winner, not knocked about and should be of interest when next out.
