    Yeah conan 100% out

I've heard Conan is definitely out but Ruddock is potentially on the bench instead of Deegan.

Same person told me Carbery is on the bench and Lowe is starting.

Having a crappy week and think I've worked a record number of hours this month but Sunday we are going to wreck these lads mark my words.

Put Ruddock on bench as 19 and Deegan 20 then surely.

Sorry, just re-read the snapchat there, they didn't stay instead of Deegan so you are probably right.

What a ****ter that Conan is out. Thankfully the back row we can field are in serious form at the moment.

Never been hugely sold on Jordi at 8. But he was good enough to start and beat England there.

Daly can consider himself unlucky to be there.

Strange to see Bent on the bench. Possible he will still be 24th man for the seniors on Sunday?

If it were back in January then I'd agree with you. The rugby Leinster were playing then was some of the best I'd ever seen. The performance in Sandy Park when they played Exeter at their own game and bettered them was phenomenal. Not to mention the comeback at the Aviva and the away performance at Montpellier. That was the team at its very best. The pack munched their opposition and the backs were in free flow.

But that was 10 weeks ago now and the majority of our players have been away with Ireland playing a different way. They've only had a week together to prepare. It'll be hard to regain that tightness of performance in such a short amount of time.

The hammering we took against Wasps when Sexton was calling Ireland calls to Te'o springs to mind immediately.

But you'd have to assume lessons have been learned from that day.

The way Lancaster speaks about his systems do seem to suggest that the lads can slot seamlessly back into the environment.

Don't forget we had Exeter away the week after the November internationals.

    That went ok

The word I would use to describe Jordi since returning from injury is relentless. He is reminding me of Heaslip mixing up the hard carries and trucking with some nice breakdown work and all around all action performances.

I'm seriously gutted to be losing him but at the same time glad that he will have a big impact for Ulster and might help turn things around up there.

Wearing the 22 shirt? Am I missing the sarcasm? :pac:

5-2 split on a 7 man bench. Leinster must be really stuck for backs.

    It's a 4-3 split

    Yep.

Lowe, McFadden, Kearney as back 3? Byrne at 23?

I've no insider on it but I'd say Lowe, Kearney, Byrne with McFadden on the bench. He covers more positions and is good to come on and help close out a game.

Lowe and Byrne on both wings?

What if we're not trying to close out the game?

Ah ok. I thought it looked like 5-2 since there's two props there.

That and we have a Sean O'Brien wearing 22 to add to the confusion ha.

We won't be, they'll be chasing a try in the last quarter to give some respectability to the score but the contest will be over before 50 minutes.

I was thinking we'd do the 'ol Joe Schmidt Leinster classic and seal the bonus point before half time :pac:
