    Actually didn't realise the tour was starting in April. I though it was end of 2018/start of 2019. Must have really spread out the dates.

    If it's through Seatwave/Viagogo etc. they'll get a full refund. Those sites are always saying how much safer they are. Through other means, I'm not sure.

    The tout will then be refunded from the original purchase point.

    Not just touts, what about people who bought at face value off other sites?

    If bought off donedeal etc it's pretty much in the hands of whoever the ticket was bought off whether theyll follow up for a refund.
