That baa baa 7 plays like a back in attack.

More than one occasion that an All Black try has gone begging because a player hasn't passed. Strange stuff.

Nice chat between Owens and the kicking tee fella for the All Blacks (Kieran Read).

Thought that was going to be struck off.
Would have been very harsh, even if it was a knock on!

NZ probables 0 vs NZ possibles 5

I find the BaaBaas concept a bit lame, when they are so full of Kiwis, it kind of defeats the point.

Agreed. But it's entertaining! Especially after the Pro14 matches so far this weekend.
How can you say that after the Leinster and Ulster games?

No tv listing for France v NZ or BaaBaas v Tonga on EirSport either, and they where even broadcasting GAA county finals for christ sake.

Heading to Paris this weekend to watch the ABs. Never been to a match there before. Does anyone know of a good pub near the ground to watch the Ireland v SA games beforehand?

Looking at the Eirsport 2 schedule, they have the Rugby League WC and Nascar on in that time slot. Eirsport 1 showing is snooker for the night.

Sky guide is showing the rugby on Eirsport 2 straight after Samoa v Scotland in League.

I would recommend spending as little time as possible near the stadium. No atmosphere whatsoever.

France vs N. Zealand is on Eir Sports 2 live (for those in ROI) and Premier Sports live (N. Ireland) and full delayed match coverage from 10.00pm on Freesports which is FTA on both satellite and also on Freeview. Eir Sports/Premier also showing Italy AI's live.

Didn't McCaw play for the ABs before he played for the Crusaders?

+1. From memory the regional rail (RER) goes directly to the stadium from town in a 20 minute or so journey. Socialise in town, and head out to the match as late as possible. The area around the stadium (St Denis if I'm not mistaken) is definitely not on the beaten tourist track.

    Who?

The guy who wasn't quite good enough for the Ulster back row, so headed back to NZ after a disappointing season for a local club side in Belfast and ended up with a reasonable enough career in NZ.

I thought Crotty was Maori. Also Ioane is Maori as well as PI. Was Laulala a scholarship? I know his brother Casey was, didn't think Nepo was.
