    Just got an email from organisers that Blocks E and F will start 10 mins earlier at 9:25

    I’m sure the rest of you got it too.

    By the way it’s quite a scrum getting into the mid and later blocks at the start. We got funnelled through very narrow paths through the Tiergarten woods last year. Real bottlenecks - sometimes not moving for 5 minutes at a time. I plan to try to get in place at least 45 mins in advance this time.

    I thought we were always going to start at 09:25 anywa, thanks for the info though about the start.
    I presume theres no access to toilets though once you get in?

    When I did it a couple of years of go, there were tons of toilets in the start area and near the gates. The queues were very long too, so get in early.

    If you keep to the left side after the BB gates there is a wooded area all the way parallel to the start so it is easy enough. Access to the pens from here is not to bad they will just inspect your number!

    Yes I felt that you were better off entering on the left side of the starting blocks rather than with 99% of runners on the right side. But I am not sure if that is possible.

    It was no problem in 2016 & 2017. Worth checking out but I imagine it will be an option. There were official starter pens signs at that side on the road and number inspectors as you gained entry so it should be the same -hopefully
