I love my new OP5 and as it happens the only single complaint I have is that I can't find a timed Do Not Disturb profile option in settings. I assumed it was removed as the phone has a manual slider you can set to Do Not Disturb but maybe I just didn't look correctly in settings? Can you steer me towards the timed profile if you've found it?

Looked in to a bit at the time few apps you can try but not all were perfect I think. Some stopped working after updates. None as good as stock android option. Tricky to implement with slider options which do you give priority to.

It was handy especially for likes of cinema. I'd often forget to turn back on the sound on my phone. Will get used to slider though.

I can get a Referral link if anyone is looking for one?
    PM me, please :)

Are you offering codes or looking for one?

It gets you 20 bucks off accessories, so if you are not planning on getting any of them, it's pretty useless. It's like an invite a friend scheme.

If you are planning on getting them, I can give you a link
    :)

Edit: I misread your reply, I am offering :)

Ok so I cleared the camera app data in case I (or my two-year-old's fiddly fingers) had accidentally mucked up the settings. Alas weather outside this evening was impossible for good outdoor shots but took a few samples shots indoors, compared them to same shots on an S7 and have to say that the OP5 held up well in comparison in terms of clarity and detail. Not quite as clean an image on OP5 but in the same ball-park at least. So some apology due to the camera. I still want to see some outdoor shots for comparison though. Quite possible that the camera algorithms are better for some picture profiles than others.

Have the Karbon one. Doesn't add much bulk and makes a positive difference in grip so happy enough so far. ... Might update when I first drop the phone though ;)

Thanks for all the codes however trying to figure out how to use them. Do they have to be used with original purchase?

Bought phone then tried to buy accessories but could not find where code was?

You have to use referral link to go to oneplus site, click check voucher. Should then be option to use voucher. Add phone to cart then accessories. Should be then option to apply voucher then when you go to check out.

I guess I'll get used to it too but I really liked the software solution which also allowed you to quickly turn on Do Not Disturb for an hour or number of hours (if you were going into a meeting etc) or until a set time after which the phone would automatically revert to standard ring settings. I know I'll get used to the switch but I also know I'll frequently forget to switch it back to "ring" after meetings.

Also, Is there anyway to disconnect the ringtone volume from the SMS and Notification ringtone? I like to have my ringtone quite high but my SMS and Notification quite low and in previous versions of Android it was possible to set distinct levels for each (and to set the Ring tone to "increasing" which meant it started low and grew louder which I loved) but that all seems to have been replaced by a single volume setting for Ring, SMS and Notification which to me seems a retrograde step. What could the logic of reducing choice and flexibility be????

Thing is I had already ordered phone went through all payments etc. Then I went back in to order some accessories. I have 2 active vouchers?? However can't seem to use them against buying accessories. Should I have used them when buying phone initially?

Yes. They don't work against accessories unless you are buying a phone with them. To late to cancel and reorder? You are going to have to pay postage again if you order accessories separately unless you buy €100 worth and it will still cost €10 for priority delivery.

Lads, what screen calibration do you use?
    Default, srgb or dci p3?
I think whichever one you prefer most tbh. Think I'm using DCI-P3 but I'm not sure that I can tell you what the difference is between them other than changes in colour saturation

Yeah if there's still stock then cancelling and re-ordering is probably the handiest thing to do

Just ordered on a whim there now with a case.

Had the one plus a few years back, was great, but went back to my HTC m8.

Very excited to see what changes they have made since.

Best place to get spare cables for charging? Also to plug into USB port in car for Android Auto what would I need. I bought the dash car charger but I take it that just charges the phone does not mirror it on Android Auto?
