    So.. you are complaining that the guards aren't stopping bikers using the bus lane and then freely say you use them?

    I was mainly talking about Berlin. But since it is not enforced in other cities you can say it's legal

    Where did I complain that? I was telling you that it is illegal for motorbikes to use bus lanes but Gardai don't enforce same with Germany pissing laws.

    Are you reading OK? It's punishable with a fine for eg. In munich. How is that not enforcement?

    Lots of things are illegal but aren't enforced......that doesn't make them legal, it just means the Guards have better things to do with their time.

    OP, Just go behind a tree. Make sure its not near a kids playground though or in plain sight of CCTV.

    Doubt they would issue an European arrest warrant for pissing in public if you are a tourist or conduct a formal investigation.

    A MAN who was drunk and urinated on a street in front of members of the public in what a judge called ‘animalistic behaviour’ has avoided a prison sentence after he was deemed suitable for community service work.

    Artur Pietrynka (40), of Convent Lane in Rush, has been ordered to complete 240 hours community service work in lieu of a two month prison sentence after he pleaded guilty to urinating on Upper Main Street in Rush on November 22nd.
