They can mock him all they want but the fact is Trump will be on that podium on the 20th being inaugurated in as the 45th President of the United States. And not a damn thing can be done about it. Trump has a free reign to implement anything he wants, he has the numbers on his side.
You really are displaying a lack of knowledge of how the US presidency works.
GOP has the senate, the house and will control the Supreme court. If he wanted to repeal Obamacare, he could easily do so. The Democrats are a shambles. It all comes down to numbers.

Well they don't seem to have accepted it yet. I'm not gonna deny the conspiracy theories of his more moronic supporters either, but the man is in now. No delusions of impeachment and assassination and some weird collctive tiny hands and golden showers fetish is going to change it.

I never said he isn't immune from criticism either, (anti-vaxx and climate change being some examples), but defending yourself from constant abuse would be a natural response would it not ?
Everyone accepts it. That's why there're coming out in opposition to him. If they thought he wasn't going to be president, they wouldn't be pissed off. You can't pretend that people aren't accepting his victory to make it look like you won an argument.

And lets be clear, those conspiracy theories were not just put forward by he supporters. They were championed by the president elect himself. If it's ok for him to fling around conspiracy theories, why is the rule different for everyone else.
If it's ok for him to attack the sitting president why is it petty of an actor to talk about how terrible a person he is.

If the GOP don't like what he is proposing, he won't be able to push it through. Hence, he cannot "implement anything he wants".

4chan is populated almost entirely by the type of uneducated alt right knuckle draggers who will support trump no matter what. His twitter feed makes for hilarious reading though. I mean wtf is he thinking? He's making himself look like a total moron. He is so thin skinned it's unbelievable. If this is a load of bollox then he should just ignore it until it's disproven or goes away. If it true then god help him..... but the caps lock twitter rant makes him look like a big child.

The left need to ask themselves how they created a president like Trump. He would never have got in at any other time in history. Why now?

    Agreed. They're spineless.

Well first, the right needs to ask itself how it allowed all its principles and morals to be overridden in the search for power.

But you are right, the left does have questions to answer. I don't think they created President Trump, the 'blame' for that lies directly with the people who supported him and in the end voted for him. Of course the left has some responsibility, both in terms of the candidates they put forth and the policies they pursue, but the 1st point lies with those that voted for him

That is not to say they were wrong, it appears at the moment to be many issues but time will tell

If Trump tried to pass a law giving Putin official power in the US, you're trying to say the GOP would vote in support of this?

Trump consumed the Republican primary not the Democrat one. After two terms in power the advantage is historically with the opposition. Even still, inspite of all the daily wikileaks dump to keep reporters from following Trumps money, his Russian links (5-1 coverage). Inspite of anti-Clinton conspiarcy theory publications in years previously by odious characters like Steve Bannon.
Inspite of all this Trump was dead in the water until the Comey intervention. Comey who had been sitting on an investigation into Donald Trump.....
Hillery's character remained intact. Not a shed of true information was found to affect her integrity.
Democrats have lessons to learn. But this result was not a legitimate one. Clearly a coup.

That is just silly. People have too low a bar on Trump, it is going to just make anything he does much greater than might be.

Hilary had all the major media organisations and Hollywood behind her and she couldn't do it. Trump is a response to the excesses of the left and the stifling PC culture.

Trump will still become president on 20th Jan and i think he will do a good job despite the lies and spin from the liberal media. I'm really enjoying the whole thing.

    Trump blasts intelligence agencies...

I'm sure somebody will finish that sentence off.

Anyone thinking Comey decided the election is deluded. She lost it the moment she came out with her deplorable comments. Then the celebrities on the stage put the final nail in the coffin.

I like how even his supporters are pinning the blame for him on the left. As in they even seem to admit he is a bad thing. No one said Obama was the fault of the right. He was a victory for the left because he was a good presidential candidate. Everyone is already trying to pin the blame for Trump on everyone else.

Well obsessing over his hair / his tiny hands and lapping up 4chan fake news ****posting about prostitutes pissing on a bed in Moscow isn't a great opposition strategy is it ?

Criticising a president you hope to succeed is a lot different than trolling randomers via Twitter. Maybe people don't need to stoop to trumps level of rumour mill rhetoric and focus on his performance as POTUS. I'm sure there'll be enough controversial policies to question down the line without insufferable celebrity jibes at awards ceremonies.

You can turn off the tv. I don't like half the celebrities and don't listen to remarks unless I feel I need to for a discussion. I have no idea what most of them said and nor do I care.

Trump's policies have been critisized plenty of times.

Any evidence the CIA were fooled by 4chan?

Trump has just said that the car companies are coming back to the US, now it is time to bring back the pharmaceutical companies. He made that a big point.

Oh OH. We are screwed in Ireland.

I have to say that the attempt to reclaim the phrase "fake news" and it's spearheaded by people who were gullible enough believe the fake news when it confirmed their bias is brilliant.

This is not fake news, because no news agency is claiming that it happened. The news agencies are reporting that there were documents passed by McCain to the FBI. This actually happened
and CNN saying that happened is not fake news.

Reporting something you don't like is not fake news.
Trump claimed that global warming was a Chinese hoax. Just because global warming isn't a Chinese hoax doesn't make that fake news. It's accurate reporting of the a lie someone told.

"Its going to be great, its going to be tremendous, its going to be amazing"
He just throws out meaningless phrases during his policy speech
Should be interesting when he has to implement them

I was referring to the unverified buzz feed publication earlier today regarding the golden shower. Not the actual dossier mccain brought to the head of the FBI.

Sweet merciful Jesus. Just listening to him speak is terrifying, he's absolutely mental. Going on about 'fake news' in one breath and then insinuating the intelligence services leaked it, with the next.

I see you deliberately didn't answer the question because you know the answer proves you were wrong. Fair enough, to be expected really.

How many times have you read people saying that he never mocked a reporter with disabilities despite there being video of it?

Another example of his supporters disagreeing with reality

    Nope. Quite the opposite actually.

Those "disagreeing with reality" are on the opposite side as Trump did not mock a reporter for having disabilities.

The evidence clearly shows that is just the way he mocks people:

All this stress can't be good for Trump. A man his age and weight is just waiting for a heart attack.

Nope, not having that. He knew exactly who he was insulting, knew exactly what his handicap was and even raised up his hand in order to mock him and his handicap.

It's hilarious the way Trump and his lackeys are trying to rewrite history.

He keeps saying he can't release his tax returns because he's being audited. I thought that didn't make a difference. They can be released even if he is being audited.
