It's terrorism, if it's from a "white straight male" or from your derogatory definition of brown folk.

I don't think the sarcasm could have been made more obvious.

And that is an impressive sized crowd gathering.

Wonder how many mass shooting sprees have been carried out by "white straight males"?

Or is it only "terrorism" when brown folk with funny names do it?

Speaking of white males I'm wondering would Timothy McVeigh be a Trump supporter if he were still alive?

Ah the classic argument of anti-Islamic bigots the world over.

It might not be racist in the strict terms of its definition, but it's sure as hell xenophobic and discriminatory.

Ah the classic buzzwords, anti-Islamic, bigot, racist, xenophobic and discriminatory all in three line. Extra points for you. :)

Unless I misread I thought it was just social media sites. Wouldn't have thought they counted! I say just, obviously I still oppose any chance of this being implemented.

Miller also noted on Saturday that Trump administration officials are discussing the possibility of asking foreign visitors to disclose all websites and social media sites they visit, and to share the contacts in their cell phones. If the foreign visitor declines to share such information, he or she could be denied entry. Sources told CNN that the idea is just in the preliminary discussion level. The social media posts calling for jihad by San Bernardino terrorist Tashfeen Malik -- made under a pseudonym and with strict privacy settings -- are part of this discussion. How such a policy would be implemented remains under discussion.

When Tashfeen Malik was looking for a visa to enter the US, they missed the terrorist supporting postings on her social media, and allowed her in.

I think the US would need a lot of co-operation from social media websites.

I had indeed misread it, thank you. I can imagine some fun scenarios of teenagers getting a bit awkward at that point if the parents try and be "helpful". Should make for a horriblend policy and some great sitcom material.

Calm down, it's just some friendly advice for the kids and all this new fancy technology that they use these days.

Trump would find them in seconds.

As I said around 50 pages ago Hilary is history so why do you insist on using her as a deflection from your precious Donald and his hypocrisy.

Is going to punish his own organisation for outsourcing the goods that bear his own name like he threatened other companies?

Fair enough maybe so, just so used to them using Hilary or Obama as their "magic shield" to actually discussing the pertinent points.

Well considering Barry would be a war criminal and Hillary had some Issue with Uranium. What has Trump done ? Nothing yet.

Maybe one would need a 6 month self imposed ban on any potentially embarrassing websites :pac:
I am going to the US in August so I hope this is not in effect, I suspect I like most other people visit so many different websites, that one would not remember all they visited, especially when one googles and press on a link and might not take note of the website in question.
Maybe an enhanced Visa and Visa waiver program for visitors.

I can see why they may want to see the social media of visitors given one person who got a visa was involved in the killing of 14 people and wounding 22 others.
I looked it up on wikipedia, she entered the US on fiancee visa on a Pakistani passport and had spent time in Saudi Arabia. She was fully screened, her boyfriend who was born in Chicago to Pakistani parents applied for a green card on her behalf, she got a conditional green card months before the terrorist attack and their deaths, and had done two interviews and nothing had shown up.
It was only after the attack, her social media showed that there were alarm bells in sight but no one knew before it was too late.
btw the two countries mentioned in this not covered by travel ban.

Well that is some bull. It is not a continuation of Obama's policy who didn't go after green card holders. He stopped refugees from getting new visas. Nothing to do with existing visas. Obama also had discussions with people who knew how to enact and didn't cause this chaos. It was also a (over) reaction to a very specific event, namely two terrorists living as refugees in kentucky.

Also as for the Muslim ban thing, well I don't know as I don't trust Rudi but I also don't trust Trump https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2017/01/29/trump-asked-for-a-muslim-ban-giuliani-says-and-ordered-a-commission-to-do-it-legally/?utm_term=.102e4a2e9928

Seriously though if it had anything to do with terrorism why Iran?

So again no comment on the hypocrisy of threatening companies who are only doing what the Donald does himself?
