    Emmerdale has confirmed two enigmatic new castings who are set to bring big and explosive drama to the soap this spring. Coronation Street star and acclaimed director Reece Dinsdale, previously known as Gail Rodwell’s doomed husband Joe McIntyre will play a face from the past of a popular character while Liverpool 1 and Murphys Law star Mark Womack will be taking on the role of a dark new villain.

    Slightly off the topic of the Great Invisible Pierce, is Victoria shown as having any contact with Sarah at all? Seeing as they live in the same small village, have they had any screen time together. Diane and baby aside, Victoria has very little family. Both parents dead, one brother in jail, the other gone (I forget where/why), husband gone on the run and sisters-in-law Katie and Holly dead.

    It might be a good storyline to have them build some kind of relationship. All we see Charity do is shout at Sarah about the drugs and Noah and you can bet your bottom dollar when Debbie comes back, it will be much more of the same.
