How do you know its only French booing?

There's a whole load of fans there.

It seems mostly in jest, it goes whisper quiet for the shots at least.

Not sure if they are just French doing the booing.

I'm expecting it just for the 1st tee (hopefully).

Could they not arrange to have different colour jumpers.

The vast majority of the fans there will be French. It didn't happen in previous Ryder Cups in Europe, like Gleneagles and Celtic Manor. And let's face it, the French have a poor rep as sports spectators in terms of booing.

Cheering of missed putts will probably get quite annoying.

Ah the US lads were getting patted down like it was an airport. No such thing for the Europeans

My SkyGo is running fine on the adverts and lagging during coverage, typical!

As per Rigolo's post or via the TuneIn app.

They've taken a break to chat to someone Manchester DJ who's off her face and now the news.

Certainly not all French fans there. Patrick Reed took his shot from the fairway and somebody shouted "Get in the water". :D

Did Fleetwood really need to give Tiger that 'gimme' ?
Its the Ryder Cup , rookie mistake...

Ah, you don't take the piss with tiddlers like that. No point to it and it only gets people's backs up for no good reason.

The idea the European fans are more refined is well and truly finished .
    Booing from the off .

Not a fan of Bjorn , but have to give him credit for the rookies out

It's more half-hearted, Finau was laughing at it on the first. That, and if was a regular event, there'd be no boos. Unlike the chants you get stateside through the year

Ah, it's the Ryder Cup. There's always needle from the fans. The idea comes from behaviour at tournaments and the lack of "IN THE HOLE", "MASHED POTATO", "BA BA BOOOEY" etc. shouts.

Best time to blood them. If it goes wrong it's their fault. If they're up or level going into the afternoon its inspired captaincy
