My current pet hate is fooking asswipe runners running on the roadside cycle lanes both toward and against traffic, sometimes in groups. If I was out on my bike I wouldn't be altering course for them, it would be head down and full steam ahead, a nice field test for my helmet so to speak.

Do the runners stop at the red lights.. :D

Might not work out too well for you considering a cyclist died after such an incident a couple of months ago in the Phoenix Park.

"Chauvinism"? Surely if the lad said I'd give you a smack but you're only a vunderable woman, that would have been chauvinistic.

He must have flipped her upside down before striking her on the arm.

But if it happened to be the Dublin Crusaders out for a run, you'd be thought of as some sort of Jihadist nutter.

Cheeky, cheery, charming rogue goes on the run in the 1950s.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if he got off the ferry and entered politics.

In an effort to break the tedium of this call, does anyone remember the "Telly Pole" that PBH ran a while ago, but never gave the results?
