Someone told me something like 85% of all allocated tickets are usually in the general sale. Anyone know if this is anyway true?

  • Registered Users Posts: 655 ✭✭✭14murphy

    Still no joy

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,387 ✭✭✭Cina

BIGAPPLE worked there but cheapest tickets were $1005 :/

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,438 ✭✭✭finbarrk

The tickets in the 200 section that were $600 yesterday are $800 today. I got offered one.

Tough call. Tomorrow will be chaos. Best I've seen over last two days was 600. And I'd say "cheap" tickets are limited.

  • Registered Users Posts: 300 ✭✭Bomberman

Id be happy to pay €600 for a good ticket but dont want to be left with **** for €1000

just got offered section 222 for $800. Would I get better tomorrow?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,582 ✭✭✭Swashbuckler

To be honest, anyone who pretends they know the answer to that question is lying. I reckon go with what you can afford. The atmosphere will be incredible.

jaysus. If i could afford it i'd have bought a bucket load at $1000. The resale value is going to be incredible.

I said in the other mention i'm against touting!

I'm just saying if you buy 4 tickets expecting to go over with the lads and get a pull-out the re-sale value is immense.

Also, the re-sale market does allow for re-sales.
