    Hey, I haven't read through all the pages to see what type of diet you're on, but have you ever tried Keto?

    Hi matchboxyouth, my plan is to aim to eat 1,200 (max) calories per day aiming for 60 minutes of exercise 3 times a week (min). No specific diet. I allow myself junk food within the calories. Thanks for the recommendation. I'll research the keto diet.
