    Hi boards members.
I used to weigh 15 stone 5 lbs (the most I've ever weighed), so having lost over a stone recently I am full of motivation to keep this weight loss going! Here I will record my daily exercise, calories eaten and weight. I will try to update daily.

    Here are my stats:

    Gender: Female.
    Height: 5 ft.4 inches.
    Age: 20's (early 20's).
    Starting Weight: 15st. 5lbs.
    Current Weight: 14st. 2lbs.
Goal Weight (Short Term): 13st. 7lbs.

Your goal weight seems a bit high for your gender and height.

    Hi Sam,
I agree. Forgot to state that 13st. 7lbs is my Short Term Goal. Will edit now. Thanks

Fair play OP, I wish I had the same drive. 2 stone is a fair amount of weight to lose. Best of luck with it :)

Congratulations on your weight loss so far and on the log. I'm currently trying to lose a few myself so I will be interested in reading your posts. What kind of plan are you following?

If you're trying to reach 13st 7lbs then you're already over the half way mark, which means you must be doing something right :)

Keep the head down and try to avoid the temptations of colourful sweet packets and the likes. I find exercise helped me a lot, and trying to get active, whilst initially a fairly embarrasing litte venture, has helped me a lot too.

    You'll be flying :)

Thank you eviltwin:) I'm not really following a plan at the moment. I'm trying to eat 1,200 calories each day and exercise for 60 minutes minimum 3 times a week. So far it's working, slowly.

OP, I was similar to you.

    I'm a male, 5'10 and I weighed 15.7st 20 months ago, I know weight 11st 10lb, with my goal being 11stone. It's a tough journey, but life changing.

I don't know where this lack of motivation has come from. I was doing so well.

Your still doing class, don't let one dodgy day get to you, plus it's the weekend.

Thanks so much for the reassurance JJayoo.

    25/Sept/16

Calories Eaten: 3,000+ (due to takeaway and snacking all day on sweets)
Exercise: None (0 mins). I had time but felt like there was no point after all the food eaten.

So today I clearly showed I didn't care. But now instead of feeling depressed about it (like I did yesterday), I'm now motivated to try again tomorrow and keep trying after that

For the past few weeks my diet and exercise has been mostly bad (and at times awful). However I want to start posting here regularly again as I know it helps keep the motivation. Today I was motivated.

    Calories Eaten: 1,197
