If the average farm income is 26000, the average farmer is more than likely parttime.....shouldn't put too much emphasis on averages, if everyone was average we'd be walking on less than two legs

Was in blanch there and called into McCullaghs hardware. There were Estwing hammers in there for €79
Would lads actually fork that out for something to hit a few nails with?

I see also for Agriland the take up of the Creed loan scheme.
60M allocated. Looks like about 4,600 farmers will use the 150M.

So monies that should have been distributed to all farmers can be seen now to have been allocated to just 4,600 farmers out of a possible 100,000.

Brought a well used one back from New York a good few years ago, Tis still perfect. If you're using a hammer every day, they're cheap.

You will have a follow up period of restriction too. Are you aware of that? That's what happened to me anyway. I got the clear for 6 months or so but locked up again until I had a clear test again. That test is due in 3 weeks time.
Good to be aware of it, as you might end up overstocked (like me) until the test comes around.

Christ but there is some difference in ground in this country. Was in Roscommon with work yesterday. Started off from home with ground like concrete. Paased a guy in Ballaghaderreen cutting rushes with a 4 wheel drive 4235 sunk to the back axel and finished up in Taughmaconnell with a good shot of silage cut and met a few contractors on the road.

Crazy week with day practical exams.
    Finally got the cattle out.
The house is up to subfloor so delighted with that.
Off to Dublin for a concert for the small lady and hopefully the zoo for a while.

The OH is driving for once and with her usually hoon driving flies past a Gatso van. So when that letter comes in, I'll frame it as an I told you so.
