got to love that guy Jerry from his teardown videos to extreme tests. so i guess most of us will have confidence with Op3.
    Haven't seen a drop test yet !

Seeing a lot of criticism thrown at the screen. For those of you who came from the oneplus one, is it a worthy upgrade?

Using the screen now for the past day beside my S6 edge plus.

Ok the screen is smaller but i cant really see much of a diff only that things are a little bit bigger on the one plus three. I have also changed my background to all black on the one plus three as its easier on the eye then all white.

So i left the phone on 95% battery overnight at 1am its 87% at 10am not to bad.

S6 edge plus unplugged 35 mins ago lost 6% if that gives you a idea.

Yea. A case and screen protector.

Yeah same for me, I ordered an extra charger, bamboo back and the flip case.

Must be the case delaying it. Wish they would have shipped it separately. . .

Is your order also marked pending? I tried getting through to the customer care via the chat function but it kept timing out

I'm moving from an S6 Edge Plus too so appreciate your thoughts above. I wiped mine a few weeks back as battery had gone to pot, its a lot better since so OP3 has to live up to that.

I would be hoping to get the new Note later in the year if and when it comes to Ireland.

It says 'Pending Shipment' at the top in red.

The money was taken out of my account last week.

OK. Mine is market processing in red. I have no idea as to what that could mean since the order was place 1 week ago.

If you got Twilight running you need to deactivate this to give other apps permissions.

Just checked website there and the tempered glass screen protector is now out of stock too so this may be why orders are delayed

Is it not the standard android combo of Power button/Volume down?

I know on the Samsung it's home button then power button to screen shot.

Going to have to try this out now.

Yep. Can also do via power button if you enable advanced reboot.

On a separate note, I read online that dash charging won't be available in customer roms, as it is run by proprietary software. I haven't even rooted mine yet, though was going to. Not sure why!

One other nice improvement is the bands. My previous phone, the Oneplus One, had LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 7(2600), 17(700), 38(2600), 40(2300)
    This one has LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800), 38(2600), 40(2300), 41(2500) , meaning I can now get 4G in way more places.

MyThe network bug popped up once more and this time no matter if I used tray 1 or 2 the phone would not complete a network search. Just like last time it did connect to H and LTE on its own but always had a R beside it but no amount of manual network searching would get it to display available networks.

In the end I ended up doing a factory reset and it seams fine now. Will be on the op forums tonight to see if it's just my handset or a software/hardware bug.

No, it's been "on their roadmap" for several years now. Their 3g is quite good though. Customer service poor. Maybe that's the band they intend to use? I don't know to be honest. I might email the crowd that do the site.

OnePlus have said in the past that they don't make that much on the phones but aim to get significant revenue from selling accessories so you'd think they'd have plenty in stock at launch. Instead people are having to wait for their phones to ship because of out of stock accessories!

Got my OP3 this morning from DHL, EU 2-pin charger inside. Just off the Live Chat with one of the CSRs who told me irrespective of what plug I ordered I would've received a 2-pin plug but that I also should've received an adaptor with it. Triple checked the box and no adaptor, nor was it in a smaller accompanying box like with the OPO. Got a ticket and told I'll need to prove I didn't get an adaptor first before they'll go any further.

Phone itself is a lovely piece of kit though so there's that.

Got a text this afternoon from Virgin that 4G is available with them now, and my phone is showing LTE.

Both meself and the Mrs are in the mood for new phones, both of us coming from HTC One M7's. It's about time to put the workhorses out to pasture.

Just ordered one for herself, as it seems to tick the boxes. The dual SIM is dead handy, as we're heading travelling soon, and the camera looks to be solid (Big draw for herself, no more M7 pinkness!)

Estimated dispatch time is the 30th June. :/

Tell them you'll open a dispute with PayPal and that should end this nonsense.

Thats some BS. I had to deal with a rep before and they were saying stupid shi- like that too. Try DM them on twitter. They always reply about 24hrs later.

Ordered one of those D-Brand skins last night, pretty reasonable at $24 delivered.

I'm going to give them a chance with the ticket first and see where it goes from there, I'd like to avoid escalation if possible because in fairness to them OnePlus have been helpful before when I've had problems.

    My reply to the ticket:
    Hi OnePlus,

While I'm happy to provide the photos ***** has requested of my packaging to prove I did not receive an adaptor with my OnePlus 3 can some questions be answered first?

    1) Why despite selecting a UK plug during checkout during the VR event on Launch Day was I (and numerous other Irish OnePlus customers) shipped an EU device as opposed to a UK one? Ireland has always used the 3-pin as standard, and the last two OnePlus devices I have been shipped to Ireland have had 3-pin chargers inside.

    2) Why was I assured by OnePlus rep ***** in the Live Chat on Thursday when I queried which charger my OnePlus 3 would have accompanying it that I would receive a UK standard 3-pin charger? Not an EU 2-pin and there was no mention of an accompanying adaptor.

    3) Why have I now been told that EU 2-pin chargers are standard for all European OnePlus orders despite this being patently untrue from previous experience, and the option of selecting a UK standard plug being available during the order process for the OnePlus 3 on Launch Day and since then?

    4) I have been told that this will require involvement with RRR, will I have to return my device in order to get a replacement charger? I have a tempered glass screen protector ordered which is in transit at the moment (#Order No.) and I don't want to waste it by putting it on a device I have to return anyway.

Attached are the photos of the packaging I received today from DHL. The DHL bag contained the single air-pocketed package which held the OnePlus 3 box, inside of which are as shown.

Hi. I have an unopened vr loop headset. I wonder is it worth much if I tried to sell it?

No I doubt it. You got it for free after but you might get lucky and get someone who doesn't know on Adverts they were given out for free.
