How's the AMELOD display looking? One or two reviews are slamming it in a big way.

    Mine is gorgeous.

I'm tending to ignore reviewers. Most of them put me in mind of the Simpsons comic book guy.

I've seen criticism of the 1080P screen as not having a high enough resolution. Considering it has the same resolution as my 42" TV, I think it'll do...!

Ordered mine on Wednesday @ 8 and in the email I got it said it should be despatched by the 19th, checked today and it's still saying pending shipment.
I went with free shipping but seeing as a lot of you got yours already with free shipping I'm thinking is there something holding mine up and should i get onto support? The wait is killing me lol

15 phones in 9 months! (Since you got rid of your galaxy).

No company will willingly give out over €130 of accessories on a device that costs €400. I smell a rat!

Was that for me? If so which Galaxy? Also you may need to work on your maths, 15 phones in 2 years starting back in Mid 2014 with OPO. Thank god I dont have my Adverts linked to this , as I sell a phone every week or so and buy a new one. Cant have people like you making foolish comments.

Its not the best to be honest. It not as sharp as I expected even on highest brightness. It might just be me though as I have changed from a Note 5 to S7 Edge to this one. Those 2 have stunning displays.

I know a few people are saying that the adapter to 2-pin solution doesn't take away from the dash charge, but has anyone used a regular USB plug with their USB type C cable?

I'm just wondering whether it'll be worth my while to buy an extra "Dash Charge" adapter when i'll get a dash charge with one of th emany plugs I already own!

The regular plug wont fast charge it even if the USB cable has Dash charge. I am using my Nexus 6P fast charger while I get my replacement one from One Plus. Although it doesnt say Dash Charging, it is charging pretty fast.

The shipping is very random. I order Tuesday during the launch and still hasn't been shipped!

I order Tuesday and it is marked as processing. When I click for more information it says pending with an explanation mark graphic

    Surely Dan786's post was facetious.

I wouldn't believe him until he posts proof. In that case I'd be "sickened" for lack of a better word!

Guys those who have had their phones in hand did ye order accessories?

For those waiting did you order any?

It could something simple like a case or something out of stock and that's delayed your orders.

Well got my opo today complete with 2 pin charger - contacted support again by email (had a bitch about having to order accessories separate to the phone as given no option to do so during loop event).

Anyway coming from an OPO very pleased with the 3. It has exceeded my expectations particularly the speaker as some reviewers had mentioned that it was poor. I find it to have a much fuller and richer sound than the OPO - on a par with iphone 6 (not an Apple fan but their speakers are good) and certainly better than wife's S7 edge.

Screen is great - my middle aged eyes can't appreciate any difference between it and a 2k one and saves battery too.

Fingerprint sensor is lightening fast but I tend not to use it much as have my Samsung gear s2 set up as a trusted device in smart unlock.

Haven't really had a chance to try out the camera but ir seems OK.

Great built quality and love the subtle on screen buttons.

Got a car charger (come with a round dash cable) and sandstone case too.

I am already seeing the positive side. This charger will live under my desk at work, with a adapter of some sort.

By the way, do these types of adapters have a special name?

I seem to recall getting these with routers before. Not sure do I have any to hand.

That's a neat adapter alright but I think the Dash charger would too bulky for it.

Bring it to a mobile phone shop and they'll cut it to size for ye. My local Carphone warehouse did it for my sister for her OPX. They had a wee gadget that cuts it to nano size.

EU dash charger working well with shaver adapter.

Yea. A case and screen protector.

Yeah same for me, I ordered an extra charger, bamboo back and the flip case.

Must be the case delaying it. Wish they would have shipped it separately. . .

Our they will just give you a new one.

Last year when I got my s6 edge plus I got the phone then found out it took a nano sim and just went into Vodafone and asked for a new sim and they give it to me no problems

Seeing a lot of criticism thrown at the screen. For those of you who came from the oneplus one, is it a worthy upgrade?
