Richard Gere was a really good guest, but by jaysis did the Late Late embarrass itself. That was truly cringeworthy and awkward. He'll be going back to America telling people "you'll never believe what Ireland is still like"

I don't get why Pat Rabbitte was on longer than him.

At least we have the misery slot to get us down again after that.

    Longer maybe, Wider definitely :D
Double misery tonite, then cheering us up before Richard Gere

Am I the only one who actually liked it? Ok I am a Richard Gere fan and they weren't bad singers, I've heard worse on the voice

DLB did a fairly good interview with Richard Gere, he didn't seem to be as uptight as he normally is with 'de celebrities.

Oh Bruce with The Seeger Sessions Band where are you?

    "Everybody sing!"

How the f*** do you expect people to sing along with a song they've never head before?

No mention to Pat Rabbitte of his media licence thing he wanted to bring in to replace the TV Licence.

Could they not do the country music in an Irish accent mentioning Irish towns and cities?

Richard Gere has a huge guitar collection ... Ol' Donie would enjoy this

I mean he has a lot of guitars, not that he has a collection of giant guitars. Although that would be cool.

I bet after that audience participation, Richard wont be in a hurry back to the show anytime soon

I'll change this now to he definitely will not be back ever. They finally get a decent hollywood star on and they do that, Is it any wonder they end up with ex or current rte personalities as guests most weeks.
