Payet is rocketing up - 19.6% per hour according to FFFix. Would like to wait until tomorrows games are over, but think I'll dump Barkley for him tonight. Don't really want to miss out on the 0.1

Zabaleta is available again and should be first choice RB so Sagna would be a gamble.

I've been promoting the idea of a Sunderland defender as they are cheap and I think we'll see some clean sheets. Sam has been there long enough to start making a difference.

Not many on here agreeing with me though.

The last time you mention the idea, you were talking about doubling up with a sunderland keeper and defender, like whatever about getting one of them, doubling up is mad.

There are plenty of other cheapies out there that play and keep CS. I haven't spent more than 4.1 on any of my current 5 defenders. Every playing sunderland defender costs more than 4.1.

I know it's a gamble but I can't get away from £8.6 million for 2 Allardyce defensive options.

Not an option for me as I now have Courtois. I thought it might be a good option for anybody rotating GK's who think Sunderland will get it together and survive.

Probably best left til first week in March when their fixtures improve but I will be gambling with my only Sunderland defender and playing him before then. Starting with a clean sheet tomorrow hopefully.

I do understand where you are coming from and I accept that most will see it as an avoidable gamble.

Hard to see how to get him in but Antonio is averaging over 6 points per game and should benefit from Payet's return.

He's a potential 5th mid at 5.2. Fixtures are decent. A WHam double up (for favourable ones) may be worth a punt.

It seems like he's playing well, but I'm not sure he'll start every game with Lanzini, Moses and Kouyate (lesser risk) coming back from injury soon. Wouldn't mind Lanzini out of those three if I had to pick, was thinking about a WH double as well until Lanzini had another set back.


I'll probably bank it after taking an 8 point hit. Deulofeu to be on the bench and have good defensive cover for the weekend as well.
