Like me Need to offload Kolarov. Tempted by Arse defender given their favourable Xmas fixtures.

Are you spending Christmas in prison? ;)

If front 8 is a consideration for Christmas, you could do Coutinho and Wanyama to Walcott and Alli.

Same front 3 as me. The heart says go get Kun but head says no.

How did Silva look last night??

Thinking it might be time to ditch KDB

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,022 ✭✭✭✭Iused2likebusts

3 arsenal players and no Walcott. This is not sitting easy with me.

Walcott in Mane out such an easy transfer, only 1.8% ownership too

I think you'd be mad to get rid of him. He is capable of huge scores. Granted, he has been quiet in the last few weeks but that won't last, the lad is the real deal. He should have scored last night and generally played OK. A firing Aguero will net KDB huge scores. He's similar to Sanchez, 2 points one week, hatrick the next.

I'll be keeping him for the season barring injury.

I'll give KDB one more chance, he looked dangerous at times last night.

I think KDB is a keeper for the Stephens Day game anyway. He has Sunderland at home and is probably the best/safest route into the Man City attack.

Both Silva and Aguero subbed early last night, and I think it might be that way again this weekend. KDB should have scored last night, is on set pieces and was fairly involved in open play too.

As a gooner, I thought KDB was their most dangerous player last night. Will be keeping him for now, especially with Sunderland at home coming up next. Possible captain even.

Is Giroud likely to be "rested" for 1 of the 2 home games with Walcott playing up front?

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,747 ✭✭✭Ziegler1988

KDB looked dangerous yesterday and he'll always get some points hogging set pieces, but I'm planning to ship him out for Ramsey after the Sunderland match. I don't think he'll start every match and he's not bringing in enough points to justify the outlay.

I'd say yes, Ox and Gibbs will be in line for a start on the wings at some point

KDB has scored one hattrick in his entire career, in 2011 for Genk :P

I have 2 FT. I will probably make 4/5 transfers which will see me gut my defence. Go into the new year with guaranteed starters with form.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,271 ✭✭✭✭FHFC

De Bruyne or Aguero for the next 3 gws?

Bearing in mind I'm seriously chasing.

Aguero all day long, more than capable of getting 2/3 vs anyone.

I've two transfers myself and but 4-5 seems very extreme! I'm gonna make two max but might even do just one this week, depending if I want both Walcott and Alderweireld/Dier or just one. Or if Vardy is ruled out I'll just get make one of those transfers and get Ighalo for Vardy.

In a strange situation where I'm not particularly happy with my team, but think I will bank the transfer.

    Team:

    Lloris (Myhill)

    Dier, Sagna, Delaney (Evans, Martin)

    Ozil, KDB, Mahrez, Wijnaldum, Barkley

    Kane, Vardy, Lukaku

Who to bench this week? Thinking about Barkley at the moment.

Have pretty much the same front 8 (Alli instead of Wij) and cant decide either but looks like Barkley

Just sold Vardy to get Aguero - hold me!!

Now have Kane, Aguero, Lukaku forward line. I'm chasing a bit too so feel like I needed to be caviler. Bringing in Walcott for Coutinho next all things being well. Team now is:

    Hennessey Rudd

    Kolorav Zouma Moreno Evans Simpson

    KDB Ozil Coutinho Mahrez Stanislas

    Kun Kane Lukaku

Actually very happy with my team but still at my lowest ever ranking at 400k and the red arrows keep coming.

Interesting stat I just saw on FFS (comments).

Vardy has 6 shots on goal, 3 on target in the last 4 games.

Ighalo has 15 shots on target in the last 4 games.

    That's quite mental.

Going to do Vardy/Coutinho to Alli/Aguero. I may not even play Alli , but he is a great 5th midfielder to have at the moment

Edit: got in Toby as well for VVD. He has been a complete waste of a transfer VVD

    Out:
    Hazard
    Vardy
    Bertrand

    In:
    Walcott
    Aguero
    Super Ryan Bennett

    0.0 ITB

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,670 ✭✭✭dr.kenneth noisewater

    Lloris in for Mignolet

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,009 ✭✭✭kronsington

Richards to Sagna.. Bertrand next for the chopping block most likely. Didnt want to break up the Kane/ Rome ( Lukaneku?) partnership for Aguero just yet..

Athough I just might get him as I love the sound of Lukanekunaku

Really considering Kun for Vardy this week then Ighalo for Kane next week.
Could work well given their fixtures.
