Hannibal and a proper second season to Jericho

I want to see Hannibal continue.

Oh don't talk to me about that thing.

Do you that they were actually going to do a few specials with Waterman and Cole and they couldn't make up their mind between that and doing that God awful crap with Shane Ritchie.

Same with Starsky & Hutch. They spent years in talks about doing a new season showing them as cops a few years of retirement and this also was shelved in favour of doing the reboot movie.

At least Auf Wiedersehen Pet gave us a new season of the characters in their later years. Was really good too.

They should have gone with the few specials with Waterman and Cole. That would have been the proper Minder revival. The new series was a pale reboot that I remember watching one episode of and feeling it was a very poor attempt.

    Garda Patrol on RTE.

Best production values ever, and riveting plot lines.

In Bed with Medinner, Bob Mills was brilliant, I've only ever met one other person who watched that show and I married him.
Hah, I remember that show. It used to be on late night on UTV/ITV.

Another vote for The Crystal Maze, it was great.

    Hannibal for me.

    And Deadwood, and Rome.

    Freaks and Geeks
    Firefly

Lost. Just to tie up all the loose ends they left.

Same could be said about Val Falvey: TD. He was left to rot in prison taking the wrap for another politician higher up and we never got to find out what happened to him after that.

Just reading there that Some Mother's Do 'Ave 'Em is making a return. Should be interesting, loved that show.

But if you had the power to bring back a TV show, which one would it be?

Only condition is that it has to star original cast members. Reboots suck.

I'd go for Due South, with the original Detective Ray Vecchio returning from witness protection (or whereever the hell he was).

    Deadwood.

    (or Rome)

Nah, that ended perfectly. Another season would ruin the perfection.

I'd love to see a more modern Freaks & Geeks....not like the MTV generation High School shows though.
Even another Undeclared would be great. It's like the unofficial follow up to Freaks & Geeks.

There was another show that got canned a few years ago that I loved....can't think of what it was. I'll have to put on my thinking cap.

Have you watched Veep? Armando Iannucci's US version, it's actually better then The Thick of It in my opinion.
