Nemo Rangers win the Cork SFC, beating Castlehaven 1-10 to 0-11

St Vincents looking to do the 3 in a row in Dublin. They beat Na Fianna 0-19 to 2-9. They'll face Ballyboden St Endas in the final, who beat Clontarf 0-12 to 0-10 in the other semi final.

Clara won the Kilkenny Hurling Final 2-12 to 1-13 against O'Loughlin Gaels.

They were the better team throughout and have plenty of hurling in them.

    Clontarf?
didn't think they were a force in Dublin football

    Isn't that Jack McCaffrey's club?

Anyhow Castlebar Mitchels won the Mayo football county title.

    Castlebar Mitchels 4-10
    Breaffy 0-9
Clann na nGael of Roscommon are their next opponents.

Corofin of Galway managed by Stephen Rochford had a handy win against the Leitrim champions Mohill.

They're not, but they have some really good young talent coming through. Plus, you only have to win 3 games to reach the semi finals. So if you can avoid the big guns in the first couple of rounds, reaching the semi finals is quite doable.

Seemingly both the Waterford and Kilkenny county boards didn't allow County boards to broadcast their County Finals on tv. Pretty disappointing to be honest, I don't think it would hugely affect attendance.

Not good for the game to be honest.

Pity Nenagh didn't get the win in Tipp, made a decent effort at it. Lost a couple of easy balls at the end when they needed a cool head. Maybe Thurles experience helped them over the line

They must both think it does though. I know in Kilkenny there were concerns about attendance at today's final had Ireland been playing in the RWC. There was a contingency to move the match to tomorrow in that event. I didn't hear/see what the attendance was today, they'd normally flash it on the scoreboard.

    Weekend of surprises in Galway;

Moycullen (stronger football country really, Intermediate champs.) beat Ahascragh (2 Mannion's club), Abbeyknockmoy beat Kinvara, both yesterday, to reach Intermediate final. (Next Saturday, Athenry).

Today, Craughwell beat St. Thomas' to reach their first final since 1932 - 110+ yard injury-time free by Niall Healy the winner. Credit them for staying in the game when it looked as if the losers would swamp them in a 10-minute spell after half-time. Thomas' really want to look at themselves in a mirror though; when they're good, they're exceptional, but 10-minute bursts won't win matches alone, it takes character and steel, something often lacking in them for some reason. Will be absolutely kicking themselves (and deserve every kicking they get!) for passing up on a glorious chance to be playing again on March 17 next.

In the other semi', Sarsfields overcame a bad start to beat out-of-sorts champions Gort to spring a major surprise and reach their first final since 2002. Lucky to emerge from the group, they've improved greatly in recent weeks, (John Hardiman's influence won't go unnoticed in other circles) and have a live chance of adding another county title in 2 weeks time.

All 4 winners strong outsiders before start of play.

Sixmile knocked out today by Na Piarsaigh - Thurles go to the GAELIC Grounds now to face Na Piarsaigh

St. Mary's claimed their first Sligo Senior Championship in 14 years yesterday, beating Curry by 5 points: 1-20 to 2-11. It seems all the hard work done at underage is beginning to show, with the Sligo town team having also won 5 in a row of Minor A titles earlier this year.
Drumcliffe/Rosses Point scored a dramatic injury time free to force a replay in the Senior Relegation final against St. Molaise Gaels, having come from 5 points down. Final score 0-11 each.

Navan O'Mahony's retained the Meath Senior Football Championship with a 13 points to 1-8 win over Na Fianna. O'Mahony's were quite comfortable throughout with a Na Fianna goal in injury time putting a gloss on the scoreboard. Stephen Bray showed what the Meath team will miss next season with a MOTM performance.

Do they ever broadcast the Dublin club championship final?I can't recall TG4 broadcasting any previously, open to correction. The St. Vincent's Ballyboden St.Enda's contest is one I'd really like to have seen broadcast.

Some county boards are not willing to allow TG4 broadcast county finals as they feel it can impact the crowd significantly. Wouldn't be surprised if Dublin County Board had this attitude. Other county boards feel that they should co-operate with TG4 in terms of promoting the game more widely. Like yourself I can't recall any Dublin county final being broadcast. Once it goes to the provincial levels it becomes a lot easier for TG4 to get games as the provincial councils aren't that defensive.

Just after seeing that Upperchurch-Drombane (Tipperary) are beating St.Marys of Kerry 1-8 to 5 points at half time. St.Marys were 1/7 to win this game and Kerry clubs have been winning this competition most years, very surprising

Oulart leading Clogh Ballacolla by 3-07 to 0-12 with 10 minutes left.

Clogh have only themselves to blame, some terrible defensive errors for two of the goals.

Full Time: Oulart 3-08 Clogh Ballacolla 0-13

Clogh will be very disappointed, they left that behind them. Some appalling wides near the end.

Outlart will be away to Clonkill of Westmeath in the Leinster Semi final after they hammered Carlow champions St. Mullins.

AIB @gaaleinster SHC FULL TIME: Clonkill (WM) 4-9, St Mullins (CW) 0-9

No. Dublin club games are never broadcast live, either on the telly or on the interweb. You can watch highlights on the co board website tomorrow.

Ballyboden beating Vinnies by 2-8 to 10 points with 5 or so to go (was 2-7 to 3 points with 35 minutes gone). Too little too late for Vincents. No three in a row.

Cuala dealt with Jude's fairly easily in the Dublin hurling championship final. They kept Danny Sutcliffe under wraps. With the pool of talent they have they could go on a good run in the club championships. Dublin clubs haven't gone too far in the past but half their panel are inter-county players so I would expect a better run from this team.

Outside of Galway and Mayo county finals, are any other county's broadcast on TG4?

To be honest, I think its to do with the proximity to TG4 HQ in Connemara. Not such a big trip for their outside broadcast units, as opposed to going to the rest of the country.

I don't recall Galway hurling club games on TG4 either but stand to be corrected.

The Limerick one was on deferred this year. The Tipp one was on too. There would be a good few, shur they have matches on all the time, some are bound to be county finals.

Have Cuala got 15 players on Dublin panels? Is that snr or a mixture?
