Might take a punt on Young. Because feck it.

Hhhmmmmm to get 11 home players I'd have to sell mata for -4
Now I see people talking about bringing him or young in !
Hull are rubbish but they have something to play for united have nothing .
Only need to look at tonight to see the difference that makes to a home team and they had nothjbg to play for !
I may hold mata but if I didn't have one a united player would not be on my wishlist this week

I actually suspect Hull may well win that game. Was tempted by mata but as the cards lie at present I'll be staying away from United players.

I would place more weight on lads that might be looking for a move / improved contract rather than if they're playing home or away.

I wish I had the funds to bring Silva back in. :(
    Or even Yaya.

My rival has cut my lead from 24 to 14 so far this week. If my differentials of Bellerin & Ozil can open that back out a bit I might take a -4 to draft Silva back as a blocker.

Aguero, and a dirt cheap midfeilder. Because its the only way I can bring him in. Although will mean dropping either Hazard or Silva.

I'm now milling over mata to milner and kane to lukaku for -4
despite it being completely unnecessary and lukaku being firmly on my must never buy again list :D
also just have the EXACT amount for Kane to ulloa and mata to Silva........have to wait till later in week though
Henderson (will be sub otherwise ) to bolasie and mata to Silva and play 352 also an option :D

Had to know what to do with my two, transfers and pots of cash.

Tempted to get silva in but it'd be for Ramsey probably, Bolasie looks a decent option now given he fits both the criteria of looking for a move and playing at home. Then could do Kane to Lukaku and play..

Migs or Myhill....fcuk knows which is best at this stage!
    Kos, Terry, Huth
    Silva, Sanchez, Hazard, Bolasie
    Benteke, Aguero, Lukaku.

All at home except the Keeper.

Do we know which players are in these categories?

    Milner
    YaYa
    Ings

I presume there is zero chance of Fabregas appealing that?

3 game ban? They'll hardly bother.
Would the Charity shield count as second game? If so he'd only miss opening day.

I would add Tekkers & Austin, maybe Lukaku.

Tekke did cross my mind, but thought Lukaku was settled. Austin, I suppose will want premiership team next season.
With talk of RVP going to Real Madrid, United could do with a new forward.

I was thinking those three would have sights on moves to bigger clubs.
I guess I made the point in response to the "picking Home over Away players" point made by km79.
imo it doesn't make much more of a difference this week over others... in general, it's still an advantage but basing it on the premise that players will up their performance for the fans is wishful thinking imo, I would place much more weight on a player's selfish reasons at this time of the season.

I would expect big games from a few at United too, a few that might see it as a last chance to impress before the cheque book is dusted down. When you see Ashley Young diving in for tackles as opposed to the wind blowing him down, he's not doing it for the Stretford End.

    Team for the weekend:

    Myhill
    PVA, Bertrand, Kos
    Hazard, Sanchez, Silva, Mata
    Kane, Aguero, Giroud

Two transfers for the weekend. One is Kane to Benteke.
Taking Bertrand out leaves me with 4.4 mil. I'm thinking Wasileski is about the best bet. Any other options?

This weekend is going to be a sheer headwreck for people with a small lead like myself. I'm 13 points ahead in one league and will be about 20 ahead in another. Anything could happen though. Like I'm taking out Kane and the way previous year ends have gone like this, he could easily score a hat trick. Lukaku was bang out of form two years ago and banged in four for West Brom.

You can also get crazy results which is already happening - Saints 6-1 to Villa, West Brom 3 Chelsea 0. Being a Blackburn supporter, I remember some of our last day results over the years when we had nothing to play for - 06/07 for example, Reading 3 Blackburn 3. Spurs 0 Blackburn 4 another year. Not to mention other games like the United West Brom 5-5.

The other problem is players signing off. Talking to the resident office Man City supporter here. He reckons players like Dzeko and Nasri could get a start at the weekend because there's a high chance it'll be their last game for City.

Depends on your position if chasing Ryan Taylor could be a good one as he has something at stake is playing in midfield and takes some set pieces.

I'm 13 points ahead of opponent. He has Panti, Sanchez (c) and Giroud tomorrow evening. I have PVA, Kos (possibly missing), Sanchez (c) and Giroud.

How did Dzeko go out of favour so badly? He was prolific earlier in season.

City supporter here in work reckons he and Jovetic will be gone this Summer. Bony has been bought and City are now playing with one up front so it pushed Edin right down the pecking order. Jovetic has just been a sicknote. A pity because he's a good player.

Mark Lawrenson at the weekend on MOTD2 or some soccer show I saw made the point that every City team bar the actual first team play 4-3-3 or some variation of same. Pellegrini appears to be the only coach not going with it.

City also have Negredo. He's on loan and Valencia had pre agreed an obligatory fee of something crazy like 25 million which they are now trying to get out of paying.

Bertrand is using a lot of cash at the back but I guess Terry Bellerin Schlupp is as good a defence can be for GW38.

Maybe N'Doye or Ayoze Pérez for Kane. Both Hull & Newcastle will be at home and have something at stake. N'Doye provided 2 big hauls and nothing in between in the last 10 or so games. Pérez scored in his last 2 home games.

Then A. Young tempts me (either for Albrighton or Boyd) but United away and maybe Wednesday they'll officially have nothing to play for. Is there any Everton midfielder with a will to shine for possible transfer/contract improvement (my idea is home to a Spurs side who don't give a damn at all now...)?

Eugggh, I'm 0.1 short of bringing Lukaku in for Kane. That would include -4 so don't really want to take a -8.

Edit - actually, might bring in a Villa defender for Terry which allows me to bring in Lukaku. **** it, last game of season!

I dunno about getting strikers in from Hull or Newcastle, yea they have something to play for but neither of them are playing well and I'd imagine they will become defensive if they take the lead. I am thinking about getting Ryan Taylor in though if he's playing in midfield for his goal threat and cos West Ham have been struggling for goals.

For a high scoring game I'm looking at Everton v Spurs. Everton are playing well(and spurs defence is poor lately) and they are usually very attacking at home so thinking about getting in Lukaku as my 2nd transfer.
