    By doing this he is effectively accusing all boys of being perverts who need to be stopped by removing these urinals.

    Why are people so prudish anyway. It's just a penis.
    Where I live, boys just piss openly in public and nobody bats an eyelid. No kids are harmed or traumatised. There's nothing sexual or perverted about it in any way.
