Murray in for a rushing TD but called back for holding. Jesus H.

Hmm so basically tonight I need the Colts to have a really bad night on offense but not kick a lot of field goals!

Thankfully Rodgers and Cobb did well against Seattle (although Cam Newton on my bench scored 5 more points).

It's alright, I'm winning my game and the Bucs won last night. Miracles can and do happen. Just not when you're playing and Cheaty "Buer" McCheaterson.

Did Buer not lose this week again?

He's still got Hilton and Vinatieri who will play tonight.

    Go Jets!

I'm a Jets fan. This is win/win (or maybe lose/lose?)

Alas, awec, I'd have had to lost in my first week to lose again this week. Opposition is a bit tougher this week though, in fairness!

You didn't lose last week? :(

I was happier earlier when I thought Buer had lost.

Buer is the Nigel Wray of fantasy football.

Yea, he's Saracens personified. Like a hybrid of Nigel Wray, Owen Farrell and Chris Ashton. A real pariah.

Nah, Buer is Delon. A skilled player but a complete.... :pac:

But Lance Armstrong didn't win the title in his debut season?

IBF is going to feel extremely conflicted now.

I let you win that one as a show of good faith.

Your ass is mine this year.

And I'll do it without taking trade advantage of poor, stupid Pudsy.

Lads if I knew it was that kind of league I wouldn't have joined...

These last couple of pages sound like a remake of the Shawshank redemption and the first night of the "fresh fish"

The bizarre thing is, I absolutely expected you guys to veto it on the vote. Wouldn't expect a commissioner only decision to cancel that trade but a majority vote from league?!

Couldn't believe it when I saw OBJ in my team.

I missed the vote. I was so distracted by Buer's countless minor cheatings that I missed the major one.

I tried! Everyone else let me down.

I'll just use my commish powers to change your score at some point.

Yea and you wouldn't even do the decent thing and accept any of my proposed trades.

20-7 win on the road for the Jets, wow.

20-7 win on the road for the Jets, wow.

They had a very successful off-season in the market. Brandon Marshall has been brilliant for them even if he is getting on a good bit now. Ryan Fitzpatrick is no world beater at QB but he's more consistent and reliable than the likes of Geno Smith. The benefit to someone like Decker is visible already with RF throwing the ball.

Their best work is in defense though. Revis was obviously a huge acquisition and would give a lift to the place given his history with the Jets. Cromartie is a similar signing. Two guys with multiple pro-bowls each and a lot of experience. Potentially past their best but still top quality players. They also took a big defensive end high in round one of the draft. Their defense is suddenly looking like one of the best around.

Their biggest problem is that they're in one of the strongest divisions in the NFL with the Patriots, Dolphins and Bills. All of those teams are play off contenders.

The Colts, for example, have a pathetic division and are almost a lock for the playoffs given they just need to do better than the Texans, Jags and Titans to be in contention in January. With some luck, the Jets could be in the mix for a wildcard spot.
