Maybe? It was a tough fight though as he was always chasing his opponent.

I'm just happy that he won. I don't see the need for every fighter to be a straight away belt contender, he may never be, but he's still competing at a high level.

Yeah I can see being happy he won but it's not even like he has shown any potential to improve, his striking is some of the worst in the entire UFC, and that's not an overstatement

Hell and back today, think I'll need the sun cream. Friend did it yesterday and it took her 4.5 hours, hope she's defective as it's never taken me more than 2.45 before.

4.5 hours  Took me just over 2 hours in February. I am not in particularly good shape. It was the first 10k I had ever done.

Well from seeing his post fight interview it seems I'm the only person happy, he seemed pretty pissed off during it!

Took me 3.5, the toughest the course has been so far and that's my 5th but the times come from bottle necks along the course, where you're left queuing for 10 or 15 mins a few times. I'd still recommend it to anyone who hasn't done one, brilliant fun and something everyone should try once :)

I was just in one of them hipster bioshops and they had Hemp Protein there. Is that protein for vegans, because they won't eat whey? Do they eat whey?

Firstly why were you in a hipster bioshop?

But as far as I'm aware, Whey is Vegan friendly, unless they're some sort of ultra vegans, which would suit the hipster shop I guess.

Because I'm in Sofia and I needed to buy soy milk, not for myself, but when I asked in the supermarket they looked at me like I had 4 heads!

If it's not for vegans then who uses hemp protein? Hyper-hipsters? Molloyjh?

Is whey not a dairy by-product? I wouldn't imagine it's vegan friendly if so.

Also hemp is supposed to have a 1000 medicinal benefits yada yada so probably just a hippie hipster health freak fad thing.

It is a dairy by-product, which is why I assumed it'd be a vegan thing.

    But vegans don't eat dairy.

Hence the hemp protein potentially being a vegan alternative.

Personally I think vegans should ignore the protein shakes and wither away and die like nature intended.

Was the water cold this time of year? That was the worst part by miles in February. There wasn't much queuing at all when I did it .

I hate that I'm doing this, but here you go...

    http://www.goodhempnutrition.com/content/68-what-is-hemp-protein

Hemp is dairy free and lactose free so it works for those with food intolerances/allergies. It's also a more natural alternative to whey and as a result is healthier. And it contains fatty acids like Omega 3 where Whey tends to have saturated fats.

No I don't use hemp protein. But then I don't use whey protein either....

Well the fact that you guys are talking about hemp protein here has forced my hand in that regard. I'm on my way home to bin it all now.

    GoT:
Holy ****. So much happened in that episode. A lot of deaths! As soon as Sam left I thought something would happen to Jon. Still a very meh season though and the episode crammed a lot into one hour.

Funny when you said you were in that shop, I was thinking maybe you're more hipster than him.

Is soy milk not a common thing outside Ireland?

It's cold relative to how warm you are going into it, in winter the waters much colder but then again so are you. I didn't find it bad but the girls all seemed to find it cold and deep.

It's seriously unhealthy too but it's very common place here, just one of those things you assume is international.

    I tend to agree.
Such a badly paced season. Crammed a huge amount into the final episode, unnecessarily. They could have easily put the Jon Snow or Arya bit into last week and balanced things a little more.

Huge episode though, two major characters killed off along with another major figure (if not character) in Myrcella and Myranda killed off too (a real pity, lads). That's on the assumption that Brienne did indeed execute Stannis which we didn't actually see. I do wonder if that nutter Melisandre can revive Jon Snow, too.

Unfortunately, it looks more and more like it's going to be a case of whoever is left alive and in any sort of power will be on the throne at the end and that person is very likely to be Daenerys who, as a character, is about as much fun as a kick in the testicles.

HBO is available in Bulgaria now. To advertise they showed that episode in a park in Sofia for free on a giant screen. The atmosphere was rowdier than Ravenhill (although less booing). A great experience.

Half way through GoT and those scenes with
Arya getting her revenge and then her punishment
are the best yet this season.

The TV show has been spoiling the books a little bit this season so I was hoping we'd see
what happened to Jon in the TV show, but ffs now we wait another year. If he is in fact dead then it's a pretty poor cliffhanger isn't it? Like you come back for the next series and he's just still dead, and we all move on. I think Melisandre will bring him back though.

The temptation to read that spoiler....the temptation.

Anyway, I've 42 weeks to read the books now and about time I got the finger out. Off to Amazon with me.
