It's amazing how one's opinion of AKW can fluctuate:
At 9am, hungover and under the covers, he was somewhere slightly north of Hitler in my estimation...
By 10am, having done 30 mins on a fine fresh morning, I was singing his praises for setting up this challenge

couple to add,but's todays was a special one, last couple of xmas eves i;ve gotten up early and run the local mountain/hill that overlooks Lough Derg. turn the oven on before i go, and by the time i get home it's ready for the ham to go in.
anyway, 5km up, 5km down. 370m elevation beautiful run. tempted to do it again on the 31st, jsut to finish the streak
