We'll do a local table here for it.

Pop in your name / Boards handle and get ready to rock!!


Couple of notes:
- Do not post location information or links to GPS tracks please. This is a public sheet that anyone with the link can access.
- While this is a fun event we have no time out, breaks or otherwise, no free passes. Break the#‎runstreak‬ you are done. It is about discipline and allowing yourself just 30mins each and every day.
- The #‎SanityClause‬ is a great opportunity for running couples to run together on Christmas Day between the presents and the turkey.
- Christmas runs may form part of your 30mins but you must run minimum 30 mins in one session each day.
- HAVE FUN!!

Im afraid my run streak is over before it even started!! No running for me for a few days after a face plant to the ground last night off the bike. Ground 1, Eddie 0!

Ron Hill is some man, reckon id manage a mile but not 4 or 5! Left knee has a nasty cut but other than that all good. Does walking count ;-) ??

Well I tried to get pay back for you Eddie and did my best but alas

Ground 2 - Boards 0

Came off the bike on a bend at a rate on knots and face planted into the ground luckily my hip\knee took the brunt of the fall and spent about an hour picking Lycra\stones out of my hip. Not as spectacular an injury as yourself Eddie but I'll be walking like a duck for the next few days.

sore legs after yesterdays session so this was done as recovery. but run number 1 done. thats further than i thought i'd get
