Well, in fairness. I am very good when it comes to money.
I do like to take a loan for a car.

    Does not compute.

Borrowing to buy depreciating, non-Income generating assets is madness.

Have 6k eu. Buy car for 5k eu. Take out loan for 2k eu. After car is bought you still got 3k eu in your account in case something happens. 2k loan will cost you 200eu in 2 years. I have no problem paying 200eu in 2 years for the sake of peace of mind in case I will need extra cash for something.

So.... Spending 200eu per 2 years is Madness? (8.3eu per month... Its not even a pack of smokes and I dont smoke... ) Okay...

Put set of Dunlop sports on the ST today and binned the muck on it even tho was plenty life left in them! Also saw another red St while there owned by fella working there a Montune one savage car! He offered me a new exhaust and all but I think I'll leave it another while before I start modding it!

What was on it? Got a few surprises from them?

Well there were Ovation on the front so put them on the back as they brand new and will do for now til can change them too. Barium on the rear then went in the bin. No surprise from them really but I just not sure trust them really reading reviews online. They are what keeps me on the road so don't see point in cheating out ESP with this car.

I see where you're coming from. I just don't like the idea of owing money on anything, but thats just me, and we aren't all alike in thoughts and ideology.

I run two businesses on my own, have done since a pretty young age, and I think that has given me a completely different understanding to money and every cent I have earned.

    Again, just me.

Depends I suppose on the one you go to.
The one I generally use at the local Topaz is very good, no marks and the wax is very good.
Someone with possibly better advice will be along soon enough I'd say though :)

Each to its own, which is 100% fair. I find loans being an amazing thing, but at the same time I would not be going with stupid amount and I would always do a lot of maths before committing for one. As I said, I am always smart with my money.
The point is, I would not dismiss loans and credits as devils stick and I would not look down on others for using it. It's a great thing, but like anything, it should be used with brain. Not just "YOLO!"

Again, this is massively off topic but alas,

I speak French, but its been a few years. My girlfriend asked me to translate this. Around the 2:00 mark, the guy in the green jumper. I can't for the love of Christ figure out what he's saying and I've listened to it over and over. Its a very odd song anyway.

Malgré tout, pour nous Noel est lá = Nevertheless, Chritsmas is here for us.

Lève ton verre à tous ceux qui ne boivent pas = raise your glass for those who don't drink.

    Two odd lines, I thought..

Voodoo that's because that side profile is the spit of the latest 7er!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,894 ✭✭✭✭bear1

That looks awesome... The only thing I wouldn't like is the GDI under the V8 badge. Makes it sound like a 1.8 Carisma.

It's not far off, but it's the interior that impressed me. Wonder what the materials are like. Doesn't seem to be available in UK/Ireland.

New Kia in the last 3/4 years seem to be really popular here. I thought that with their history of notoriously **** cars, their reputation would have been permanently tarnished.

I highly dobut they'll get any Irish buyers for one of those anytime soon though :P

BMW called, they want their designs back!

I noticed even the gear selector is very like that of the current model 7 series.

If I'm honest I seen the side profile in the thumbnail and went no further!
