I'm having crazy thoughts of selling Ramsey for di maria as part of wildcard.......other MIDs at moment are sterling and fab who both have 3 home games in 4 , siggy who I won't be selling and Marney .
    what ye think ?

£0.5m can be saved on WP.
£0.5m can be saved on Lovren (Stoke's Pieters) or £0.4m on Southampton's Clyne.
Swansea's Taylor offers more guarantees than Hull's Robertson in my opinion.
Why Wasilewski? Because £3.9m? Wisdom's £0.1m more expensive but from another team and plays.

That's about £0.8-£1.0m that can be saved to upgrade Welbeck in case though there's no stand out alternative in the £7-8m bracket. Assuming you've got £0.0m in bank and you do save £1.0m, Jovetic, Dzeko and Adebayor for example would require respectively an extra £0.3m, £0.6m and £0.7m. Don't know if you'd will to get that by downgrading someone else...

Or if you follow PARlance advice you have £0.5m to upgrade WP to a stronger 5th midfileder. You'd be £0.1m short for Dyer.or Larsson who have already proven greta value in the past. For £5.5m Routledge, Downing, Noble, maybe McGeady could be interesting.

All good advice there.. Welbeck is a punt but I think he might do well with a run of games( although arsenal have a tough run coming up. Have Wasilewski purely as he was3.9!and that's all I had left.. Question marks over Lovren alright. I think JWP will start most weeks for Saints but i may downgrade.. If I can get stronger defenders with some minor changes I will

I'm strongly thinking of wildcarding. I had a strong GW3 but that was due to a lucky captaincy choice in Siggy and I think my team can be a lot stronger. Here is what I'm thinking:

    Old Team:
    De Gea/Howard
    Vlaar/Coleman/Kompany/Ward/Cameron
    Sigurdsson/Mata/Henderson/Ramsey/Davis
    Rooney/Naismith/Costa

    New Team:
    Krul/Elliot
    Terry/Coloccini/Taylor/Wisdom/Clyne
    Fabregas/Ramsey/Sterling/Sigurdsson/Ward-Prowse
    Naismith/Costa/Rooney

Is it worth wildcarding? It would leave me with £2.4 million (as opposed to my current £0.4 million) in the bank with a view to upgrading Rooney to Falcao/Aguero in the coming weeks if he doesn't perform or investing back into defense if my cheapened defence starts to fail. Any thoughts?

it was to be Costa falcao wellbeck.
I have aguero in there at moment as his price was going up and I wanted the option of having him
if Costa is out I may go balotelli for a week or 2
nothing set in stone though. except falcao as long as he has work permit

I'll curl into the fetal position and cry for hours if Rooney's price doesn't drop and he scores against QPR.

    Right.
Since you plan on having Falcao maybe him AND Di Maria is too many eggs in the United basket, especially since these 2 lads, despite their great talent, are new to the PL. Also, if Ramsey keeps his FF form it will require something exceptional from Di Maria to take his place. That said Ramsey is going to have much tougher fixtures than Di Maria...

I understand the trickyness of your situation though since you're on WC (same for me) and you'd like to plan mid term and be ahead of the masses on some moves. Ah if only United were performing it would be so much easier...

to be honest I'm not fully sure what way I'm going on a lot of things!!!
I have Ivanovich in at moment too but it weakens the rest if my team so much!
I'm considering courtois instead and then 2 from Jones/shawcross/moreno/alder wield along with colocinni PVA and Moore from Leicester
not sure I want to spend 6ml on a goalie though....
the di maria thinking is that it will be easier to go down from him to ramsey after QPR game than buy him in if he lights the place up!!!
I suppose I could switch fab or sterling instead
a lot depends on Costa fitness....

If an extra H annoys you that much you probably won't like what AUTOCORRECT did to the Southampton lads name ;)

Gone Rooney to Balotelli this week.

Nick Powell at 4.9 could be someone to keep an eye on at Leicester. He will probably play behind the striker and should score a few goals.

I recognise a lot of questions I'm asking to myself in your post :p.

I haven't yet decided which Chelsea solution to go for at the back. I need to analyse the next 4 and 8 fixtures to come (respectively up to the next 2 international breaks).

I was on my tablet .......anyway I'm sorry I've upset ye. I've roughly 400 posts on the fantasy forum I think. I try to make good contributions whilst also seeking advice. And I'm now getting roll eyed on my spelling !
It's fantasy football not spelling and grammar forum .........honestly "inserts roll eyes "
So anyway should I keep IvanovicH ;)

So one of Fabregas (39%) and Ramsey (46%) are pretty much in every team, been thinking that although they are good fantasy players, Sanchez and Hazard have more potential....sanchez could be played as a striker, Hazard a bigger goal threat and on penalties ( Costa?)...

Are they worth the extra cash though, been looking at WC and it's possibly to have them both and also have two "big" strikers and somebody like Welbeck up front....I think i'll be getting in Hazard for Fabregas anyway at some stage, thoughts?

It's a good question and something I wouldn't rule out doing. I can see myself having both hazard and Fabregas a lot of the time this year.

I was just saying, I didn't correct your spelling. As a FF nerd, facts and statistics are very important to me

having seen how many of my posts are on FF I'm beginning to think I'm a FF nerd too!
anyway back to original question .....is he too expensive at 7.1 (what I bought him at start of wildcard), is courtois a better option OR dare I go without Chelsea defensive cover even though they have 3 home games in 4...../

Sanchez and hazard are also dearer. The two latter are 2.5 million more which is a lot.

Ye I did mention that, I think Hazard particularly may be worth the extra money....can see Cesc assisting alot, but unless he has 2 a game, he wont be getting many BPS

Taylor of Swansea has been mentioned as one but I am bit sure I like the idea of two swans in my team.. I like alderweirald of saints as a possibility...

Ferdinand at QPR for 4.5 isn't bad value. Got a bonus point in the first game iirc too.
