I go away for most of a month and win three games on the trot but in typical fashion lose the week I come back.

That said, I won the game that matters.....

Yep, gave Swiper an awful thumping a few weeks back :D

A resounding comeback from 32-19 down to a 62-61 win gives me my first win in three games. Should be enough to send me back top of the table ahead of next week.

Up against CSF in a game I need to win to keep clear of the relegation zone. However the basement side will be viewing this as a very good chance of 3 points themselves.

40 points with Aguero's to be doubled and bonus to come for Pelle and Aguero. Moore to sub in with 1 also.

Taylor, Siggy, Sterling and Di Maria left.

    Same players left + Wilson.

37 here with Aguero pts to be doubled too and another 2 pts deficit in your favour since I don't own Pellè.

Which means I need a Stoke CS or goal to win our game. Not impossible but can't really see it happening.

I'm looking good in my tie with Donal, he'll have two extra players than me but I'll be defending a lead of close to 20 points after today. A win this week will put me on 15 points, right in the mix in this despite a terrible start to the overall game.

I also have 1 to come in for Moore so will be 6 ahead. I can see a Stoke CS getting you the 6 and Wilson as a defender could easily get bonus if they do.

That's right. But it's more likely that Chelsea conceding a late goal sealed your victory.

Ah I'm pretty happy with my result today and unless Falcao runs riot on Monday (my other players being the template midfield it should not make a big difference) I should climb in the rankings when Aguero captaincy is effective which is the main thing but if Wilson wants to have a blinder I'll take the added bonus of a H2H win ;).

Csf needs Wisdom to score about 7 goals v United. Leading 83-54 with him the only differential. ;)

16pts. Excellent week so far, no complaints. :pac:

Not looked at game in 2 weeks, came in Fri night blind drunk after a night on the gargle and a visit to the casino, made 1 of 2 free xfers (Baines) and left him on the bench :pac: , had fully intended to cap him too :pac:. Got messed up again today while going to Coventry city v Bristol city for the craic so only seeing scores now.

In the game overall, this week is proving a season definer.

Ironic i still got a decent chance v Gillespie Road with 20 pts coming off the bench in this H2H.

I think we need to organise an intervention:P

After 5 defeats on the bounce I'm heading for a win this week.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,745 ✭✭✭Swiper the fox

It looks like I am leading by 95 to 81 against Donal. I'm finished for the week and he has DiMaria. I'm a hot favourite but can't count my chickens yet obviously.

Well done Lemlin. As expected Ivanovic conceding it late made the difference.

    --- edit ---

Wisdom first sub would have given me the draw. Ah well all these little details were to be in your favour this week ;).

It's a nice win to get alright. 5 wins and 3 losses sounds alot better than 4 and 4.

You pushed me to the wire.

3 points behind Ronanh with Di. Maria to come for me. It's going to be close.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,588 ✭✭✭daithijjj

Gillespie Road effectively on 52 with ADM and Wisdom left to play. I'm on effectively 46 with ADM (c) left.

So i guess i need ADM to get an assist (plus bonus) minimum to have a hope this week.

Edit ....Congrats Gillespie, your week was just that little bit less sh1te than mine :)

Excellent, DiMaria going off with less than 14 ensures another victory for me. Bad luck Donal, you had a decent week as well

Di Maria delivers a very tight two point win.

Looks like all four of the 5-2 teams are now 6-2 teams

Yeah, congrats on the win! Your Newcastle defence was really what separated us, nicely played.

I'm up against top of the table Sooner or Later next weekend. Our front seven is the same so it'll all come down to the goalkeeper and defenders.

Well you're the lad topping the league!

Teams near identical. Match comes down to your Guzan and Clyne vs my Forster and Wisdom.

28 points each so it all depends on how Guzan does tomorrow. As long as Villa avoid a pasting I should win. Mind you there is another possible variable which is if Costa does not play and our subs come into it, my Boyd v your Duff.

You have it. Wisdom let me down.

9 points down vs Boots234 (can't remember seeing him around here).

It's down to his Cissé (or Duff) vs my Chadli. And I hope this

Oh and I'm getting nervous about Ivanovic's returns tomorrow. Couldn't putting him back in for Wisdom at the last min when i realised CP were scoring most times.

This isn't over yet, chadli hasn't scored for a few games but today could be the day where he starts again, think I might back him now after saying that!

Well done to you. Inspired Chambers transfer sealed your victory .

Beating Erzgebirge Scrooge 39 - 15. He has Sakho to come off the bench with 8 points + Vlaar to play, I have 1 point to come off the bench.
